It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press. ... show more

Love this auto tumbler heat press. I had used a different one for a couple years but i could never get it to the exact pressure setting. This one is auto pressure setting which makes it much easier. Can heat press 20oz or 30oz. Heats up super fast and extremely easy to use. Basically plug in, turn on, heat up for just a short time and push the button and let the machine do the work. I have had this for a year and have not been able to make a good cup. I have messed up so many cups using this machine and I cannot get a good cup. I want my money back, but it is too late. This machine cost over $300 and does not work. I knew I should have returned it when they said "heat up a cup first" before sublimating it. The recommended temp doesn't work. I tried everything they said and followed the instructions. Will not work. I can't trust their products. I lost a lot of money. ... show more

I bought this press to start sublimation on tumblers. It was very easy to set up and use. Tried to use a slanted 20 oz tumbler and didn't have enough pressure on the bottom to sublimate. Works great on 20 oz skinny tumblers thou!

The media could not be loaded. This was my original review; I do not know what is wrong with the machine but it seems the heating element and the temperature reading display are not working correctly. UPDATE: However, despite the issue I had with the original shipment. I will say the seller handled the situation with swift action, great customer service, immediate and timely response. Initially I was upset that the machine was given issues, but the way the matter was handled goes above and beyond my expectations. I understand there may be issues as things may be shifted around and damaged during shipping, things happen... but I am 1000% grateful how the issue was handled. I bought this press 6 months ago. It took me a bit to understand how to adjust temperature in this press but then once figured it out everything was good. Had a horrible smell but with the window open was fine. 2 months ago I had a problem with the press cause the temperature would stay still, it was going crazy like dropping and not heating up enough but it was max 200. I tried messaging the owner and I got no response. After lot of videos I tried to fix myself the problem and it magically worked good again. Now it’s been 2 days that again I have problems. The press isn’t heating up at all, is stuck at 70. I’m just lost in what to do cause I liked the press but this is unacceptable ... show more
