I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press.

The media could not be loaded. This was my original review; I do not know what is wrong with the machine but it seems the heating element and the temperature reading display are not working correctly. UPDATE: However, despite the issue I had with the original shipment. I will say the seller handled the situation with swift action, great customer service, immediate and timely response. Initially I was upset that the machine was given issues, but the way the matter was handled goes above and beyond my expectations. I understand there may be issues as things may be shifted around and damaged during shipping, things happen... but I am 1000% grateful how the issue was handled. This was resolved the same day I contacted the seller. I couldn't ask for better service!

I had been looking for a tumbler heat press machine and this is pectect, it's light and so easy to use and set up. the only problem I was having was setting up the temperature because in a YouTube video is said the machine only worked on celsius so my first tumbler did not press correctly after playing with it I realized it also worked in Fahrenheit there for I was able to set it up and re do my tumbler and it turned out perfect! so for those of you that are looking a good tumbler heat press that is light weight and stays cool to the touch at a good price this is the one Buy it without a second thought.

Just Bad......Doesn't heat up to correct temp according to infrared thermometer. Takes a long time to heat up usually 5 minutes or more. Does not heat evenly at all, and is very inconsistent. I can do 2 of the same tumblers with the same images and the first one will be perfect and the next one will be half faded looking even though they were printed at the same time and the same temp and pressed in order. Sometimes it will do 5 perfectly then mess up the next 3. I have used a lot of presses and this is by far the worst. Total waste of money and I am throwing this away and ordering another from a better company.

So I got this tumbler press and it is wonderful. The set comes with the press, gloves, paper and tape (everything to get started). It was already set to F which was perfect for me but you can change the heat settings to either F or C. This press allows you to adjust the pressure and does get really tight if needed. It takes a few minutes to get up to temperature but once it does it HOT! So watch your press time. It does count down and has an alarm to let you know it's done or time to rotate. This alarm isn't as loud as my other press, which I prefer. The colors that are transferred came out beautiful. You may see a little bit of "smoking" it's normal and is from the sublimination process since it releases a gas. I definitely recommend this press. Great press for the price.

I got this to make cups for an event. The heat press works great and is easy to use. the instructions that came with it were pretty clear and it was not hard to get the settings adjusted to what I needed. I used 20 oz stainless steel tumblers and it would hold much larger diameter cups easily. One start off because at first the timer function was not working - it was not making contact when the press was closed. I had to go in and adjust the sensor myself to get the timer working. Since I did that it's been good to go and leaves a nice crisp sublimated image on my cups

It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. Customer service is a big thing for me and this company exceeded my expectations with response time and resolving things.

THIS MAKES DOING TUMBLERS AND CUPS SO EASY. I HAVE A CRICUT MUG PRESS AND IT WORKS GREAT BUT FOR TUMBLERS I HAVE TO TURN ALOT TO PRESS ALL AROUND THEN FLIP AND GO THROUH THE PROCESS AGAIN. THIS HEAT PRESS I ONLY DO ONE TURN ABOUT HALF THROUGH THE PRESS. GREAT PRODUCT. LOVE IT.
