As a student athlete, hydration and energy is extremely important to me. This product has honestly helped me so much, as a soccer and American Football player, they keep me hydrated so much, I find myself running and exercising at my peak for longer periods of time, being tired far less. The taste is not the best, but it's a very natural orange taste. Clean ingredients make the quality of the product top notch, and the value for just 30$, compared to other name brand electrolyle/energy drinks is crazy. I live in a desert. This is the only hydration product that I can actually feel the difference when I use it. I mix it in my first or second glass of water every morning before eating anything. I am equal parts thrilled and annoyed by these guys. The good part is that this is by far the best electrolyte product I've ever used and the bad part is that now all the other options in the store taste terrible to me. At first I wasn't used to the saltier taste but I quickly got used to it and I liked that I didn't feel gross the way I often do with those nasty sugar replacements or the massive amount of actual sugar that is in normal electrolyte products. The other day I grabbed some normal ones because I am running low and was in a hurry but when I tasted it I realized how spoiled for the normal thing I am. Anyway, good job guys!

it’s a little too salty for me but i’m sure over time I will get used to it. the flavor is a little too light for me I wish it was slightly stronger other than that great product with great ingredients.
