The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. I was kinda shocked by how much better I felt afterward. This is the first electrolyte drink I’ve tried that actually makes a noticeable difference. I assume it’s the balance of vitamins and sodium. Liquid IV says the sugar is what helps get vitamins into your bloodstream more effectively. Now I keep these on hand all the time, especially in the winter, when I wake up feeling dry and sluggish first thing in the morning. I have one every day or every other day. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. I take medication that causes dehydration, so staying properly hydrated is a real challenge for me. The problem is… I’m one of those people who just cannot stand drinking plain water. I need flavor—something that makes sipping water actually enjoyable. I’ve tried just about everything: Propel, Gatorade, and a bunch of other so-called electrolyte waters. None of them worked for me. Either the taste was off, they were too sugary, or they didn’t seem to make a difference at all. Then I found these. I’ve only been using them for two days and I can already feel a HUGE difference. My body feels more hydrated, I wake up with less grogginess and fewer body aches, and overall, I just feel better. It’s honestly kind of shocking how fast they worked. I’m also a bit of a tumbler hoarder—guilty! I usually use my Venti Starbucks plastic tumbler, fill it nearly to the brim with ice water, and pour one packet in. Quick tip: make sure to stir it well. Is your child past the age of telling them that pedilite tastes delicious and will make them feel better? Can you no longer lie to them in hopes of helping them feel better in the heat? This is your product. Taste exactly like the popsicles, a little salty. But hey, you're gonna find that in any hydration fixes. I've worked on an 8-year-old trekking through universal in the beginning of September. He stayed hydrated, and that was incredibly helpful.

This is a great product and the taste is amazing, but it does have a salty taste. It is very good for electrolyte replacement. As a nurse practitioner, I recommend this to all my patients! I would have given 5 stars but due to the salty taste not being ideal figured 4 were the honest reply. They are very effective at what they are meant to be used for! It is very good your skin as well!

It dissolves pretty quickly. I love the taste! It helps so much with hydration, I recommend it. It was recommended by doctors for someone I know that was having issues with their kidneys. I believe it's worth the price. It helps with energy, as well, because you're not going to have much energy if you're dehydrated. It's not meant for pain relief, or increasing your nail strength. However, I still recommend it
