These have a good flavor and are great to have on hand during the hotter weather, as they provide much-needed electrolytes. The powder dissolves well and helps to keep me going all day.

In my opinion, this flavor is terrible. It is very hard to drink. All in all, this product is not for me. I'd not buy this again and would not really recommend it either.
