    • Customer service at real relax is terrible
I was extremely happy when my product arrived. I noticed at unboxing that the pallet was broken. I carefully went through instructions, and was excited to take my massage chair in her maiden voyage. I was seriously disappointed. Only the foot massager worked. I called real relax IMMEDIATELY (within an hour of delivery) told the technician my issue an asked to speak to someone in the tech dept. I was refused, and told I’d receive a email from a tech within 24 hours. That email never came. I called back 2 days later, no one answered the phone. I left a message. No one returned my call. Called back again 2 days later, got someone to answer, asked for a manager, had to leave a message again. Asked for a return call, never received one. Mind you, still not one email from the company either. Tried to call to resolve one last time. No one answered, left a message, never got a return call or email. So I did a return to Amazon. Which is NOT easy on a chair that weighs 170 pounds mind you. So as I type this, I am waiting on Amazon to pick the chair up, been here all day bc the pick up time they sent was 10:00 am to 8:00pm and someone has to be present, and it’s 5:30. We shall see if they pick it up. Moral of the story is real relax has TERRIBLE customer service and I will never do business with them ever again. And it’s a shame ... show more

    • It does a really good job.
I gave the F6 a 4 star because it does a good job, but not a great job over all. It’s absolutely worth the money, mind you. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is there isn’t a good function for a BROAD shoulder and neck message. The same rollers that massage your spine are the same width for your shoulder and neck. ... show more

    • Power failure just after the 1 year warranty expires
We purchased this chair during a black Friday sale in 2023 and have used the chair less than twice a week. The turn daily started acting up about 3 or 4 months ago and today I got stuck in the chair reclined back. Contacting support now but it's support is based in China so doubtful the support will be prompt and satisfactory. When the chair worked, great! This chair is amazing!! It’s a bit narrow and short for wide shouldered men at 6’1. But it still does an incredible job!!! Highly recommend. On sting mode right after it does an intense massage to where it almost hurts it gives your foot a little tickle tickle! I love it
