It is on the shorter side, so if you are tall, the neck may not hit you where it should and even being tall, it’s hard to keep the legs stretched out since you have to push the legs out instead of them automatically adjusting. I decided to get the NEWER MODEL real relax chair and it’s just okay. The chair doesn’t apply the air pressure on your arms and calves like the older models. It’s WEAK. The LED SCREEN doesn’t light up so you’ll need a flash light to use the other settings on the pad. I wish I hadn’t upgraded. The delivery was weeks later than promised, and when it finally arrived, the chair was broken. The customer service response is so slow, it takes them half a day to reply. I was planning to give this as a birthday gift to my husband, but it arrived so much later than expected that the occasion had already passed, and the quality is poor too.
