Got this for my mom for Mother's Day. Set up was easy, and my mom absolutely loves it! The panel is simple to use. She's like 5'2" so all the massage mechanics fit her perfectly. She fell asleep on it the first time she used it. Of course, she's not the one who set it up though. The instructions were somewhere in the middle of the manual. I didn't see it at first, but I was able to put it together without the manual. The instructions to set up Bluetooth were incorrect though. I had to look it up because it asks for a passcode that wasn't in the instructions. Other than that, my mom is happy with it, so I give it a 5-star rating. ... show more

Really great for the price. These average around $1k, so finding one under was great. A gift for my mom's birthday and Father's Day. They both love it. The neck massage sits kinda high, so it massages your head a lot. Easy to move, and the instructions were easy to understand.

    • Foot massager doesnt work, terrible process with tech support as no live person. Only email.

Really bad experience. Received it just before father's day. We assembled it and the back and neck parts worked well but the foot massger portion was not working. Called to report the issue. It turns out all support on the tech side of the chair is via email only. You email them a video and photo and they email you a photo and instruction. They send various instructions for me to take apart different part of the dashboards and then send them the videos of me doing it. After days of back and forth emails and videos they determine the foot roller doesn't function and will send me a new one. So today received the new foot roller, again had to take it apart and installed all on my own. Unfortunately it still doesnt work the foot massager. Very disappointing. Only getting 2/3 of the functions as the foot massager is usrless right now and the communication is frustrating. Email, wait hours for email reply and then email to give update and reply. The phone number is more for sales and not for support. Horrible. ... show more
