Im thinking this is the best gift I have ever bought for myself.... IM an old fart and after a long day of work and working out this chair is the sweet spot.... it really relaxes your whole body and I find that it has helped me to sleep better.. It's a must buy!

Since getting this chair I have learned more about which settings I like. I use it twice a day. I am 6’3” and it works fine for me. I do not like how it almost rips your shoulder blades off, but I am on the thin side. It overall does a great job. The speakers are nice for how loud you would want the music playing while getting a massage. They are not for blaring music. I would recommend this.
