Cons: There is no information as to what the 18 " Auto Programs" do in the user manual. Only 8 are defined on the remote. I have emailed and called Real Relax asking what the other 10 auto programs do, but they don't seem to have an answer. The APP that is advertised does not work at all for this model chair. Real Relax is aware of this so I don't know why it is still listed as having a APP to control the chair in their ad. The buttons on the remote are not backlite, so you can't see the buttons unless you keep the room lights bright. I keep a small flashlight on the remote mount so I can see the remote controls. That's why I wanted the APP, so I could use my phone to control the chair, but Real Relax gave me no information as when or if they would fix the app. The Bluetooth speaker are a joke, but I sure most chairs that the Bluetooth option don't install good quality speakers. The instructions in the user manual says to power off & unplug the chair when not in use. Why? Pros: The chair came on time, was packed well & was easy to set up. The "SL" track rollers and air bags seem to work well. Overall, for the price, I like this chair. I just don't understand why Real Relax cannot provide me more information on the auto programs and why the advertise an APP that does not work. ... show more

I reached out to the manufacturer to get assistance in connecting to Bluetooth speakers. I was told that the product is too new for them to support and to contact Amazon for support. Luckily I was able to figure out the Bluetooth code is 9999

I bought this product for my uncle. His old one broke down and stopped working a while ago. This product was very easy to assemble. The material rarely has gotten stained, but when it does, it’s still very easy to wash it off. The material quality is definitely excellent. It's useful and a perfect fit for my recliner, I use to cover it with the sheet and I have to fix it every 20 minutes, but since I purchased this cover it never moved around it's just a perfect fit, and never has to readjust, I recommend it to everyone who needs a cover for their recliners.
