Admittedly, I go into ketosis very easily. I also don't get knocked out of ketosis very easily. Judging by that special, familiar 'metallic taste' I get in my mouth in the morning when I'm in ketosis, I can say that this put me in on the second day of taking it. I hadn't even cut my carbs at all at that point. I was shocked, honestly. I know everyone is different, but when I see comments like 'This doesn't work! Don't waste your money!' I wonder if the person has ever been in ketosis before? I also wonder if they are still eating badly, expecting this drink mix to magically strip their fat off of them without doing anything else to help their process? Do they even know that their bodies are trying to go into ketosis, but cannot because of what they are STILL eating? You do still need to modify your diet if you're trying to lose weight, folks. There are no outright miracles for those who cannot change their diet. Period. That being said, this stuff is amazing if you actually know what ketosis feels like. I only need to take 1/2 a pouch in the morning to stay in ketosis all the time, effortlessly. (Don't hate me. lol) I think this product is amazing.

I drink RealKetones sticks every day!! I’ve tried all the major brands & RK is by far the best & is the ONLY ketone drink that curbs my appetite & also gives me energy. Orange is my favorite but they all really taste good. The ones that have the MCT added are the most satisfying IMO! Keto is the only eating plan that I can stay really lean on & I wouldn’t do keto without RealKetones!! (Tried to leave 5 stars but it wouldn’t allow me to for some reason..??)

I am 45 years old and have just started early menopause. I’ve been dealing with horrible weight gain since. I started keto about three weeks ago and wasn’t having any results like I had in the past. So I looked into keto drinks and forcing your body into ketosis. Started taking this June 13. Today is June 21 and I have lost 7 pounds since starting it. I also started kind of intermittent fasting. I don’t eat anything from 8:30 PM to 9:30 AM. So far it has worked for me. I have way more energy than I ever had. very short results with this brand (lemon flavor), went up 0.6 with only half of serving and was back down to lower than when i started ONE HOUR later! this was with nothing consumed but it.. Now i can only guess i got a very very very bad batch that has gone stupidly bad because around 2nd hour i got diarrhea. i though it can’t be this for i am use to consuming up to 3 tbsp of mct oil a day, taking various bhb ketones with & without mct in them and am use to high amounts of magnesium.. so i overlooked it and used the other half towards evening time and around 9ish i ended up in bathroom again!! once again, i thought it can’t be this, it must be the new zero carb keto bread mix i got that has starch in it, so i blamed it on the bread i ate throughout the day...well here we are today, no potty issues/etc., was doing good until i had 1/4 of a pouch in 16oz water that i sipped on for a couple hours and everything seemed to be fine although tummy was girdling a little but, i figured am just hungry since was almost end of fasting time.. after my main meal, i refilled the water bottle and added 1/4 (4g) of the pouch again but,, this time i was outside and more thirsty so drank half the bottle within about 20 mins, not even 30mins later i was running inside and on the darn toilet again!! i do NOT have diarrhea issues and only food poisoning can mess with my gut soooo something is wrong with what i received.. i can only guess the mct powder is no good.. Going to see if i can return this for i sure in the heck don’t want to use the 28 packs left, nor get an exchange here for that matter when could received the same nastiness.. Try at your own risk which quite honestly isn’t worth it for it doesn’t keep your ketone raised for long at all as you can see in my pic.. as for this being helping with weight lost, don’t buy that bull. only YOU can help with your own weight loss.. i bought these supps to help my ketone levels stay in the higher therapeutic range and nothing more..

The product tastes like orange dreamsicle and dissolves well. Too early to know if they help us get into ketosis (my husband and i). The one big problem I have with this item is we received the product on June 5, 2023 and it is "best by 07/2023". I'm not sure we will get ordering again and if we do and it is almost expired we will be shipping back. I do know that best by isn't necessarily meaning it expires on that day but if I pay for a product I expect it to be marked that it's good for more than a month
