I am so glad I purchased this body pillow case. It is absolutely adorable, and it fits my body pillow perfectly. Not to mention it is super comfy. Although, I do wish both sides had the fur on it instead of just one but it isn't a huge deal. It was definitely worth the purchase. It seems to be made of good quality and I just love how it looks on the bed. It is so bright and vibrant. since my bed is not in a freestanding position, i use body pillows as bumpers & sometimes as blankets when too cold. i liked the look of the pillows i bought all with cotton flannel dark green & black plaid. they are now mostly faded & i should have been using cases all along anyway, but early didn't find ones i liked. i decided to get a variety of black covers/cases if i could find them. even though i was looking for just 100% cotton, i really like this cover with a zipper. it is kind of silly 70s looking with a shaggy side, but that is perfectly tamed down because it is all black & other side is non-shaggy. shaggy side feels like a plushy stuffed animal, other side is super soft if petted in one direction, but has a grain & so is a tiny bit mildly coarser in other direction. i found another 100% cotton black case (so no zipper) on amazon & am happy with the collection. ... show more

Looks luxurious, feels soft. One side fluffy, one side micro fiber. Pillow size 20x54, encasement size 21x54 but fits snuggly (not too loose not too tight) just right. Would highly recommend shaking out in the shower until the shedding subsides before putting it on your pillow. Upon removing it from the bag, hairs went flying all over the place, was all over my blouse, my shorts and I ended up picking some off my tongue (probably after shaking it out in the shower and brushing it up and down with my hand profusely). It was just all over the place. Could not yet rate durability because it is still new. Do not plan on washing it for a while (although I might, just to get rid of extra fluff) but when I do I would recommend hand washing or washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging it to dry. When I received my pillow case I was surprised when I opened it and saw that there is only fur on half, or one side, of the pillow case. I had expected it to go all the way around. I came back here and re-read and no where do I see, unless I am missing it, that this is not a fully furred case. It is nice and soft. I hand washed and dried it prior to use and got a little bit of fluff that came off but not much. It doesn't seem to be shedding after a weeks use. I may still have made the purchase had I not found one that is furry all the way around and if a one sided pillow is completely fine for your needs I would recommend this one as it is really nice on that one side... and the smooth side is shiny, smooth and just as pink. ... show more
