Had a major surgery with a six week recovery time, minimum. Couldn't sleep laying down for almost a month. This thing was a lifesaver. I found ways to add pillows to keep me propped but comfortable and still seated. It is really big which I liked, as it kept me from feeling claustrophobic. I love the little head piece at the top. I also used it when I threw out my back.

Bought this bed rest for a private care patient, but it proved to be too tall for her to comfortably use the headrest portion. Generally too large for a shared queen size bed. Arrives coveniently compact requiring a good streamer to smooth out all the wrinkles once assembled. Even with a streamer, the fabric never appeared as taut as the advertised picture. Although somewhat useful, overall, it proved to be very bulky and quite awkward to maneuver. Perhaps better suited for a college student and dorm decor.

It was uncomfortable and it was too firm then whe returned it I payed 49.99 and only got a refund for 34.99. I didn't see where it said anything about a different price for refund. I was very dissatisfied.
