    • Rubberized Dot Mapping - Great straps for OVERHAND bar wrapping

If you don't know (or "get") the difference between wrapping "under" the bar (or "underhand") vs. "over" the bar (or "overhand"), though your hands are "overhand" in both cases, then this review won't make much sense. If you understand, read on... I got the "rubberized dot mapping" version of these straps... very well-made, love them, they work as advertised... as good or better than the Harbinger straps I've used for decades. For those that don't use or like a lot of lifting chalk when using straps (which can, over time, actually make your straps more slippery), then this rubberized dot mapping is awesome. Now, If you typically wrap "overhand" for things like deadlifts, pulls, shrugs, etc., the dot mapping is fantastic and on the "correct" side of the strap. BUT, if you (like me) prefer to wrap UNDERHAND for overhead lifts like snatches and clean&jerks (so that if you happen to "lose" the bar behind you, the straps will more easily "release" and not lock your hands to the bar and pull you to the platform), then the dot mapping is on the "wrong" side. Now, this can be overcome by simply twisting the strap just under the wrist so that the dot mapping is now on "top" of the strap, but you lose a little of the tight "cinching" at the wrist when you do that.     • The best straps with Gel grip
Long story short i had 2 fingers reattached. Took me a long while to get back into grabbing 5lbs then 7lb etc I cannot make a full fist. These straps not only help secure the weight the dumbbells in my hand but I can bench press again in these The gel grips are so helpful I use these more than any other pair I have and I own Cobra Versa Grips. But only use those on machines for the most part These RDX straps are #1 in my opinion Ive been using them more than 1 year. Idk the 3 star review saying they rip easy and are cheap. The gel grips still work and are long lasting The material and stitching doesnt come apart or tear for me I'm not dead lifting 400lbs trying to be a strongman lifter. Im an avid gym goer for 9 years. I tried many pairs and as an amputee put back together. This is my go-to. I feel safer using these with the grips than anything else. ... show more

I have had these straps for just over a year now and they're still in great condition. I have put these straps through the ringer with heavy rack pulls, deadlifts, barbell rows etc. I am completely blown away by the quality of these straps especially at this price tag. Some days I need it and some days I don’t, I definitely enjoy the rubber grips it makes it feel more secured while I’m lifting, but I will say it does leave some fur lint on the weights but that doesn’t really bother me unless it does for you.
