Within 15 days of starting to use or resetting this phone you will start receiving full screen pop-ups that will not go away no matter what you do... Reset, new launcher, apps to eliminate pop-ups, etc... Inserted correct SIM card (Mint Mobile). Started setup, tried to use speaker phone to hear. Speaker barely worked, sound cut in and out, and when it worked, poor quality. Then the call was dropped abruptly. Any attempt after to get back to the activation line, every single time the call was dropped. I literally got the phone delivered that very hour, and in less than an hour, started return process. If it can't work out of the box, not about to trust it again. Needed a phone to text and talk with clients as our office system would not support texts. $5 sim card and this phone worked out well. It is a basic smart phone, but the price was right and it easily fits in a jacket pocket and works well. long battery life and it came with everything we needed.

It is The R.C.A Brand. i'm not familiar with The Function : - Face Recognition. It Work with The TextNow SIM Card. i Did not have A lot of time with RENO RCA, due to : - The True Screen Size is a turn off. i have a little Time with it due to : - Must to RMA it before Time is closing in.     • Practically useless because the language on the phone is in Spanish and I don't understand Spanish
I like the size, weight, case, screen protector, and color. I can't comment on other aspects as I was unable to use it longer than 5 minutes trying to figure out how to change the language which apparently is impossible if you don't understand what the phone is saying. I intended to use it as an e-reader when I'm waiting in a waiting room for an appointment. The weight is perfect to carry around. Too bad I can't use it. ... show more

I needed a cheap smartphone just to make some calls, reade emails, bring along my google drive docs and, occasionaly, use it as a navigator with google maps. For less than 60 dollars this RCA Reno fills my specs very well and is a real bargain. Furthemore the screen is a mere 5 inches and the phone fits easily in any pocket. It is unlocked and works very well with an inexpensive Mint mobile sim. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a solid and no frills alternative to the fancy do-it-all, supersmart, superbig screen and quite expensive cellphones of today. ... show more

Este teléfono fue enviado para Venezuela 🇻🇪 y no funcionó. De acuerdo a todas las operadoras de allá alegan que la tecnología del teléfono es 2G o 3G y no con lo descrito por el vendedor.
