The whole top is broken off, the box was so badly damaged that I was able to lift it over the top. There was a black part and styform all over my front when the delivery guy dropped it off. I read the other reviews about damage but this is absolutely ridiculous given the over $500 price! When I tried to return I had to pay the cost to ship it back. I couldn't sell this on FB marketplace for $100.Not sure if it even works. Still deciding if I should return. To end on a positive note, it arrived very quickly.

After living in my rental home for so many years with no dishwasher, I'm thrilled to have this. It works fine and gets the job done. Having it be on its own wheels is actually much more convenient than a "counter top" model that doesn't fit on the counter and has to have it's own rolling cart. Here are my complaints, in order of importance: - The tines (or whatever you call the bits of the rack that stick up) are all too close together, especially on the bottom rack. This seems to have been designed as if people only ever use flat plates, but in my house we use large bowls, small bowls, cat food bowls, glass and plastic storage containers, pots, pans, jars, etc... all of these are very hard to fit into the slots. I often have to arrange things sitting on top of the rack instead of in it because they don't fit into any of the spaces given. - The filter doesn't seem to filter. I leave the metal mesh filter in my sink when the dishwasher runs and it will be full of bits of food at the end. The dishwasher has a multi-part filter including one with a very fine mesh. But the water doesn't go through that, I guess. I don't get it. - There doesn't seem to be a way to disconnect and store the hoses without a lot of dripping. I have to get a container so I can drain them at a level lower than the counter or they'll spill everywhere while I'm putting it away. - The faucet adapter is silly, but this is true of all portable dishwashers as far as I can tell. I don't know why someone doesn't make adapter with 2 outputs and a switch so you can leave your regular aerator in place and just switch it to the dishwasher output when you want it. - The side of the dishwasher is dented. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in my house that will ever notice it. Tips: - You can disconnect the water output hose from the faucet adapter and just lay it in the sink. - The 60 minute mode works as well as the 2.5 hour mode for almost every use I have.

Works well, very quiet. Hoses leak when you go to hang them on the back of machine so make sure you drain them into a cup or bucket on the floor before you hang them up. Easy to move when loaded, wheels lock. Came in damaged but didn't effect the way the machine works. Easy to use, perfect size for my family of 4. Absolutely love this machine. The hoses could be a little longer, but work out fine. Machine is counter hight so it gave me a little extra counter space in my very small kitchen.

The product itself works great. The fact that the product arrived at my house damaged was very frustrating. After reading a bunch of reviews i would not recommend buying this product to have it shipped. Almost 100% of them come damaged. When i called Amazon to make the complaint i was told i would be getting a credit in the amount of $100 toward my Amazon account. After speaking with costomer service 3 times i ended having to settle for a $50 credit. A $600 product that if i wanted sell it right now brand new i would only get maybe $150. A full refind was an option but not convenient. Morale of the story spend the extra money and go and select the item and bring it home yourself.
