My nephew really loved his and it was still working but my niece wanted one so I got this for her. It still performs reallt well. She has a little bit of a harder time controlling it as this moves fast. She got used to it can now do flips. With these cars though, I would always suggest supervision when playing with these cars. The vehicles move pretty quick and can fly up when you flip them. In terms of mobility, it does move pretty well on most terrain but I do suggest indoor only for these and no dirt flooring as it can clog up the electronics. Also this is NOT water resistant. The vehicle can do some pretty nice turn. My niece loves that it is able to easily turn around and flip. She can do tricks on these pretty well but not as good as her brother. The wheels did not have any issues with leaving marks on hard surfaces. You could technically drive this on carpet but it may not track as well. It comes with two batteries so one be swapped so you can continue to play. I found the batteries only really last up to 20 minutes on constant play but you can charge one while the other is working. The controller is pretty nice. It does come with two AAA batteries. I did do a test on them to make sure they are full and they were. Regardless, I would recommend that you use rechargeable battery just to avoid needing to replace the batteries all the time. The controller is pretty easy to learn for my nephew and last for quite sometime considering it is just the controller. The connection is stable and for a good distance so you do not have to worry about it losing signal. I like that it does not really require too much line of sight. The controller has a simple left right forward and back. It is nothing too special nor does it have any kind of "jump". There was no required syncing from what I can tell nor does it interfere with other RC cars that my nephews had which is good. The controls are okay. It is not the best quality and the controller feel a bit cheap. The car is nice in design and the wheels are relatively durable. I did not see any issues with it wearing down. Even with the constant movement, it did not show any issues of coming odd the car. The battery is easy to remove and install. It secures well so you do not have to worry about the battery coming off when the car movement itself is very quick and fluid. It can do some pretty crazy spins. The distance varies based on the battery of the car and the controller. It can go a pretty good distance before losing connection. Overall this is a good and simple RC car to have if you want something with a bit more "tricks". It is simple to learn for most and can provide a good amount of entertainment (40 minutes at least) and could be something fun to race if you have two. The controller is not bad and easy to learn. The wheels do not seem to wear too easily which is good. It moves well and the frame is sturdy so you do not have to worry about it breaking from flips.

It is possible for him to ease into delicate corners or crash straight into high-speed spins since the steering knob rotates smoothly and the throttle reacts without any delay. Due to the presence of the 2.4 GHz signal, his cousin was able to operate a separate vehicle in the vicinity without either of them losing control. This ensured that the Saturday playdate was free of disagreements over interference. Mason may rest on the deck steps while the automobile explores distant corners, and the connection will stay rock-solid over the whole suburban yard. The range is readily sufficient to cover the entire suburban yard. Despite the fact that many toy vehicles boast flips, they often depend on a single stunt that becomes boring very soon. Both the side-rolling movement of a tank and the tight pirouette of a figure skater are included in this model, and the combination of these two styles helps to maintain the "wow" element. Mason found that he could do a barrel roll that was 360 degrees by slamming a boulder that was the size of a baseball. My children and I both Love this car. The two batteries ensures your child doesn't have to sit and wait for recharge. It is very durable and has good power. I have twins that fought over this car so make sure to get 2 if you have more than one child. The car foes faster than I thought it would. All the way till the battery goes completely dead it maintains its speed. With my son (4yr old) being used to the basic controls on the older cars, I thought he might have trouble because to make this car go in a straight line you must push both controls forward and the same for backwards. The left control operates the whole left side and the same for the right. He picked it up in just a few minutes though and is so happy because his old car would not work on our carpet. This one has no problem on carpet, wood, gravel, tile, anything we have tried so far. This was definately worth the money. Would be cool if remote was rechargeable also.

My son received the blue on as a gift and it's awesome. Every 9 year old needs an RC car that can't flip over. We liked it so much that my 12 year old bought one with her birthday money. Unfortunately, we may have loved it too much and the remote broke on the blue one. There are little plastic tabs that press the buttons on the circuit board in the remote. One of them snapped off so we lost the forward control on the left wheel. I was able to flip the controls so we have forward and left reverse. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered us a replacement or refund. They only asked me to clarify what wasn't working and then asked how they could make it right. We love the cars and customer service is a 10!
