My grandson got this for his seventh birthday. He kept telling his parents he was getting a go-kart. He was so excited when he opened it. Had to take it out on the road immediately. He was doing donuts and driving it as fast as he could and shouting WEE all afternoon as he was driving it. Great starter go-kart. The 13 miles an hour is misleading, I'm sure it feels faster when your kid is on it low to the ground, but it's not as fast as you would worry about it being. My son is 5 years old and 43 in tall and it fits him perfectly. I have a nephew who is nine who really enjoys it, but I think much older than that it would be a waste of time. ... show more

First off this was a Christmas present so when I came to find out on Christmas Day that this is to small for my son if 11 and I can’t return it that is totally ridiculous.
