  • Good controller
Color: Black
It has been over a month since I bought the controller, up to now the performance ia good, the quality of the materials used for it are great! It feels a bit on the heavy side, which is not a problem for me. The buttons feel strong enough, the dpad is a bit softer and feels weak (my opinion) and even though I have used controllers from different companies that are inside the same range of size, it is a little bit difficult for me to reach the back buttons, wish they were a bit closer to the edges. Configuration was fairly easy, downloan an app and yiu are ready to go once you have paired it via Bluetooth. When you use it wired the only issue is the lenght of the cable, I prefer to use a longer cable than the one provided. Haven't used it wireless yet, so I cannot give faith of the responsiveness of it, also I don't play shooters and mostly play by myself, therefore so far so good. I'll update if something else comes up. ... show more

  • Horrible Controller!!! Gave 2 Chances
Color: Black
Razer WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? I hope someone from the company sees this. Stick to gaming mice. You guys are not good at making controllers. You have so many bad reviews and returns on this controller. You have fighting games players talking trash about the newly released Razer Kitsune. C'mon! Stop wasting our time! I first bought this controller from my local Best Buy a couple months ago. Like a lot of people were saying, the deadzones are huge. I play first person shooters. Big deadzones are not ok in my opinion. Tried to tighten them in game on PC, but didn't feel right. Also, there was a delay when pressing the triggers every once in awhile. Not ok as that will definitely get you murked in a gunfight in fps games. This happened with the first controller and now this one. One would think from all the returns that they would fix that, but nope. Another thing i ran into with this one is that it would make my pc make a beeping sound multiple times. Like when you plug in your phone to a usb or any other device. It kept beeping like every minute or two followed by my screen flickering while testing it in a custom game. Same thing in an online match. Last thing I noticed is that while aiming in Call of Duty the right stick had acceleration like a mouse if you were to put acceleration on. It would shoot past my target instead of smooth/controlled aiming like I'm accustomed to. I don't have this problem with the Dualsense or Dualsense Edge which are the best controllers in my opinion. I'll even go as far to say that the Victrix Gambit beats this controller at almost a 3rd of the price being it's just as fast. I even updated the firmware when I first got it, but didn't notice much. I'm beyond disappointed. I gave this controller another shot by trying to adjust its deadzones through Steam which i recently discovered. I spent hours trying to get my movement and aim right. Helped a little, but not enough. It has too many other problems. I don't see how this controller made it past quality assurance. Str8 joke! ... show more

  • I really wanted to rate this 5 stars…
Color: Black
But I can’t. I do love this controller and it’s great to not experience stick drift but there’s a couple things keeping it from 5 stars. I love that it’s both wired and wireless and also works on PC. I love the RGB and extra mappable buttons. I love that it’s licensed by Sony. I don’t love the missing haptics you get on the standard PS5 controller. Razer claims it’s because it’s a “Pro Controller” and pro’s don’t use haptics. That’s cool but why does this same controller for the Series X have it then? I don’t love that it doesn’t have the speaker seen on the standard controller. Although if I had a choice between haptics and the speaker, I’d take the haptics but here both are missing. So the last thing I really don’t like is the price. It’s two high to be missing the speaker AND haptics. The price would’ve been more justifiable with those features but without, it feels way overpriced. $250 is kind of insane when it’s missing two key features of a $70 controller. The Series X version is $180 (probably cheaper now) and at least that thing has the haptics. Although it’s only wired so maybe that’s the difference? Would I buy this again? Yea probably but not at $250. ... show more
