Just received the steam deck today and already loving it. For shipping it was fairly standard nothing extravagant but I would have liked to see some form of foam or something to cushion the products. The case is very nice but slightly limiting on space. It’s intended for your steam deck and really nothing else. It’s well structured and durable. The steam deck its self is fantastic! Spent about 20 minutes updating it but otherwise sign in was easy with a QR code and quickly pulled my gaming library over. The track pads are such a nice addition to hand held. Easy to pick up and go and not really much of a learning curve. As well the steam deck is large! Not a bad thing, may be a struggle for some younger users but personally a huge relief for me. I love using my Nintendo switch but am always concerned about damaging it. Over all I highly recommend this product. ... show more

It’s sad that Valve does not have an official shop on Amazon, but this is the next best thing! It’s a bit unfair for people giving a low rating based on the price alone. Especially considering that it’s the only option for us people from countries where valve doesn’t sell the deck. The product is great, definitely go for the 512gb version as the screen is amazing! Delivery was superfast with clear tracking info and the packaging ok as well One thing to note, the protective glass is in the box with the silicone case. It leant upon the inside part of the box, I couldn’t find it and bent the box to throw it out, which resulted in the breaking of the glass. But that’s on me. My biggest concern was it being not “legit” due to it being a third party reseller, but product is legit, shipping was fast, I recommend :) ... show more

Would not boot right out of the box. After several power cycles it finally booted. Once it booted everything was frozen. No buttons worked at all. No documentation provided at all. Everything I looked at online said to simply hit the “Steam” button or the “…” button to get started. Those did not work. After several more power cycles it went into “update” mode. It hung there for 2 days straight, never finishing. Now when it boots there is an error. This is a complete waste of a lot of money. I can’t believe it. Let me start out with Yes it's is over priced but that's to be expected with a second hand seller this being said the product arrived on time in perfect condition with everything it was listed to come with so this is a good option if you're willing to pay a little extra to get a steam deck faster than you can get it from steam or if you don't live in the us or UK oh PS you need to make a steam account this should be common sense tho ... show more

I received it and it was in great condition but arrived in a plain box with no manual or any other identifying paperwork which is seems sketchy.
