I believe this company is sending out used products that are being repackaged. The sound quality is fine, but it shouldn’t be priced new if it’s not. My mic had brown smudges on it as well as sticker adhesive on parts that did not have a sticker on them which leads me to believe someone else had it before me and it was repackaged and sent back out. The sound quality is pretty good, but I probably wouldn’t buy from them because the price is no different than the actual company’s website.

It’s a really good mic, I got it so when I stream and am in call with friends I can mute my headset mic and still be heard on stream clearly, I’ve only really used it twice but I really like it, it’s definitely pretty sensitive though so in OBS you’ll have to play with the mic settings (gain, noise gate etc) bc when I first plugged it in it picked up the sound from my fan and cars passing and dogs barking out my window from decently far away so it’s not really something you can just plug in and use, it really needs to be fine tuned but it’s worth it for the money especially bc almost my whole set up is razer and pink so it’s nice to stick to my aesthetic If you wanna hear for yourself though you can easily find videos on YouTube (or check out my twitch @bobateacake)

Pretty decent mic, the small size is nice if you are worried about desk space or travel. I do wish it had a physical mute botton. Build quality is very good. Mic is plug and play, i use it for zoom calls and have had people tell me I sound “ a little better” than the built in webcam mic. It definitely helps reduce background noise. Overall, not disappointed since it was just $50. But I’m also not impressed either.

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. Out of the box, it’s absolutely ADORABLE. Except for the fact that it didn’t work, at all. I tried on multiple computers. Fine, defective units happen, I get that. It’s how mass production works, you’re not guaranteed a perfect product every time. So I reached out to their customer support and wasted nearly 2 hours of my life giving them every little detail and spec of information they requested of me. Basically everything except my social security number was requested from the dude. He knows more about me than my damn doctor does. After hassling with the guy about them REQUIRING an ORIGINAL PDF of the invoice (the emailed invoice wasn’t enough, a screenshot of the invoice directly from Amazon wasn’t enough, so I had to PRINT the invoice from Amazon and then scan it in and send it to them because “just a screenshot doesn’t work, sir”). So, finally I get the guy all the information he needs, and he tells me “great, I’ll be sending you an email confirming this info, just respond with confirmation on your end and we’ll ship you a new microphone.” I’m stoked! Can’t wait to actually get a working product and use it for gaming like I want to. Except no email came, and I got excited for nothing and wasted 2 hours of my life on a product from a company who doesn’t give a damn now that they’ve got my money. Almost 2 weeks later, no email, no new microphone; just a cute little pink useless microphone that’s sitting on my desk collecting dust. Don’t be like me. Don’t waste your money, time and energy on this product. I can’t promise what the quality of your microphone will be, but I can promise you the customer service—should you ever need help—will be absolutely abysmal. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Cheers!

I bought this because I planned on streaming and my cats like to sit on my lap while I play games/talk to my friends and they tend to think the mic on my headset is a toy so they really wanna chew it (lol). So to prevent them from biting my headset mic, I ended just buying this and so far since I've used it, I could be a little far from it and my friends can hear me great. The mic quality is great for what it is and I paid $50 for it. It's also pink and cute which is my aesthetic. You don't have to buy it for streaming I don't think though, if you just like it because its cute and pink and you don't really wanna use gaming headsets with mics and instead you use regular headphones, I recommend this. You can't really control how loud you are though u less maybe manually through different programs but yea.

The Seiren X is about $30 more right now on Amazon. I highly suggest you shell out the extra bucks for that mic instead of this one. I already have a Seiren X and it's used for my main streaming setup at home. I figured buying a Seiren mini would be great for its compactness. Once I received the item, I immediately got buyer's remorse. Not only do you sacrifice on build quality (it's made of durable plastic) but also sound quality. The mic has to be near your mouth to get decent audio. I almost had to yell just to get some decent audio recorded. At first, I thought it was my computer so I plugged in my Seiren X and then the mini. Nope. It's the mini itself that has a tough time recording my voice. And although this mic is advertised as supercardiod, you really have to speak directly to the mic in a specific direction, like right into it as if the mic is about to touch your lips. It's like the angle of audio pickup is very narrow. This is a major con for me (call me nitpicky), but having NO mute button was a dealbreaker. You have to mute via whatever streaming software you're using to mute yourself. For $50, the least we could have was a mute button. All you get is the mic and an LED indicator telling you the thing is on. I was very disappointed with the sound quality so much that I went ahead and returned this mic and just got me another Seiren X (lol).
