I really really want to love these headphones, but after careful use and buying a headphone case for them I feel betrayed that the plastic used is awful. I also no longer have the box which is needed for a warranty. I feel scammed almost when I found that out. These headphones are nice but don't expect them to last. I would get another pair, but other than the fact that the left side adjustment doesn't hold as well they aren't broken, and I can't justify the purchase. These are sleek. The ear pads get sweaty in warm weather. While you can replace the earpads, they don’t sell them separately. What, lol. Overall the ambient works great but could be louder. The noise cancellation is great for the price! It works well in a car with loud music (Uber driver was wild lol) and literal road construction while walking home (even the sidewalk was blocked off as a tractor was bulldozing into the street). The mic works okay. I don’t sound underwater like cheap headphone mics. The sound just isn’t that loud. The battery is amazing! Luckily the ANC can allow you to enjoy music even in loud places. Maybe one day they’ll update the firmware to make them even louder. They have done it once before! ... show more

Less than a year of active use and it already is cracked along the headband. Razer, how do you make great mice and keyboards but horrendous headsets? This is sad for the price you're charging now. I got it on sale during the holidays, but now I have to rely on my wireless earbuds with no noise cancelling and loud neighbors. Battery life is rather excellent, and the auto off feature is nice when it decides to work- sometimes it'll stay on because it connected to my sleeping PC somehow... Occasionally it feels like if you don't sit the headset just right you'll lose most of the noise cancelling effect. ... show more
