I got this because I love Hello Kitty. But aside from that, it is comfortable, which is also important. I was happy that it's a lighter shade of pink than what i was expecting. Because of the material, it can look a little darker in spots after leaning against it, but it's easy to smooth the fabric back down. I also like that it doesn't take up a lot of space on my chair. So glad I purchased this, had my eyes set on this since it first came out a couple weeks ago and wasn’t sure if I should buy it. Wanted the hello kitty matching chair but wasn’t sold on the design. This is simple and cute and matches my razer Enki chair I just purchased in quartz. Super soft and the memory foam is amazing. It's a cute lumbar support pillow! I'm a nursing student currently taking Human Anatomy which means I have to spend long hours at my desk studying. My back was beginning to be in constant pain so I decided to try some support for it; this worked like a charm! It takes a little getting used to the limited space in your desk chair with this on, but it's so worth it! The only reason I've given it 4 stars is because it sometimes slides all over the place and flops on the chair anytime I get up off the desk chair.
