My last mouse was wired and I was soo fustrated how bad it disconnected and I needed a new mouse, but I needed a mouse that would last a lifetime and I think I found it. I bought the genshin themed because I am a fan, even though it was pricey it was something to treat myself. I was expecting only wireless but apparently I was surprised a 3 in 1 use. The mouse can be wired but it also charges the mouse for bluetooth connection and has a usb for regular plugin in and wireless use. I love the LED and is customizable but I like to match with the blue mouse. It comes with a bag too to pack the mouse in for travel which is convenient. Bought the genshin mouse collab, and it feels really smooth. I'm transitioning into lighter mouses and the weight of the mouse feels really balanced and it felt practically perfect from the first day. The long lasting battery allows me to use it at hours at end without having to worry about charging it midgame. Bought this for my daughter for Christmas last year. It was the only expensive item she asked for. About a month ago it stopped taking a charge and won’t work even if she leaves it plugged in to her laptop. Super disappointed!

    • USB dongle came faulted, but Razer warranty (not amazons) came in clutch
Everything is great about the mouse, only the usb dongle came faulty so I cannot use the mouse wirelessly, unless through Bluetooth which is very suboptimal for why you'd get this mouse. Tried to get the dongle to work on multiple usb ports, and even a 2nd pc, both failed. No troubleshooting could solve either. I asked amazon support if I could receive a replacement dongle but will only do full return, and replacement dongles go for $20 for some insane reason despite the shoddy quality control and build of them. However, the mouse comes with warranty from razer themselves, who have agreed to supply a new dongle. This greatly improves the safety of buying this mouse despite potential quality control concerns, but you have to register the warranty number that is on the underside of the mouse on the Razer site and proceed with customer service. ... show more
