I love to decorate my home.... Christmas is easy. Now comes Grey January. A time to rest. This cute little tree is in my guest bathroom and is adorable. I hung some tiny balls on it and voila i have turned my bathroom in to winter. It lights up too.

So this tree is the best thing I've ever bought for the house, and now I want a whole forest of them. The whole thing is very lightweight plastic, only 3 components, nice bark detailing. Cord was fiendishly tangled but otherwise ok. You'll have a couple feet of thin white cord to arrange behind it. Branches are bendable. Height at 6'5" is very satisfying. It has a 2-prong plug and I added a small 2-prong extension plug onto that, to balance the *weight* of the (slightly large) plug - it was hanging out of the outlet a bit, but this solved the problem. No switch, it just plugs in. You'll want more once you buy the one, because it's very versatile - a bit bright for a night light but great for kids' room, teen room, party, dining room, photography in any fantasy or magical setting, living room etc. Too lightweight for outdoor winds, but good for a protected porch setting too with extension cord.

This tree is pretty cool, and adds light, and extra coolness to my bedroom, but would be nice in any room's decor. Having the plugin near my bed to be able to unplug when desired is ideal as it does emit a good deal of light. The customizable bend ability of the branches bid nice. Mine does look more full than the picture on the site here. Like other reviews have said the power adapter was not in the box and I had to order it for about 20 bucks and although annoyed by that, now that I have it feel like dealing with that was worth it! LOVE IT!! Would've given 5 stars had I received the plugin! I am adding to my last review here: The tree is great! I've bought two of them now. My mom so liked it I gave her the first one. This second one did have the plugin adapter, in a small white box. That could be easily discarded on accident.

The item is as described, but mine was so horribly misprinted that the parts would not fit into each other, making it impossible to connect/make this light work or even connect it to the base. After sanding the plastic down so it could fit properly to the base, I found the inside of the base had misaligned springs, which is ultimately why it is completely broken. To make matters worse, I cannot contact Amazon OR the seller to receive ANY replacement or refund. Save yourself the time, disappointment, and money; DO NOT purchase this light.

*UPDATE 3+ years later: tree is still perfectly in tact and functioning. I still love it and have used it almost daily for the entire time I’ve had it. Absolutely would buy again and I’d recommend it to anyone. This item is great quality 👌🏼 This tree is beautiful for the price. I plan on ordering a few more for my large deck as the plug says it’s for indoor and outdoor use. It seems to be quality material, not that paper tape crap that peels and falls apart like some of the ones I’ve seen. Assembly was brainless and took about 10 seconds, aside from ‘fluffing’ the branches. For being a somewhat small, lightweight plastic base it actually seems to hold the tree up pretty well. However, I have 3 large (and young) dogs that run wild pretty much nonstop, so for some extra support and to make it look a little better, I weighted each side of the base down with a small bag of pea gravel inside a burlap sack then tucked it in to hide the rocks. I don’t love the burlap, but it’s what I had for the time being.
