Just received it today. Plugged in power and turned it on. Keyboard lights up, but screen remains blank. Tried to troubleshoot with Razer customer support, whom then said this is most likely due to a known issue which is posted on their website. No idea why they are even selling this without fixing the problem if its already a known issue. Complete waste of time. ... show more

The F6 key is missing part of the key hinge. Key fell off. Where can I get a replacement hinge? Is it the same as the Razer 15?

    • Graphics failure
The laptop worked correctly for about 2 hours and then it began having an issue where the backlight would turn on but no image would be displayed while on battery power but when plugged in the laptop worked correctly with no issues, I tried updating the Nvidia drivers which for some reason flipped the problem and now an image would only show on battery power and not while plugged in, I then tried rolling back to older drivers and the original problem returned. The build of the laptop is beautiful and feels sturdy with a beautiful screen and powerful hardware but Razer QC strikes again. ... show more

I wish I didnt spend 3.5k on this laptop. Im very disappointed! Overheats all the time and the fans are always on. Very LOUD!

This laptop is awesome. I'm using a dock and have mine hooked to 2 4k monitors. Pros: Build Quality Can upgrade Ram and Nvme drives Synapse 3 and the Boost software works really good on this machine **Performance** Speakers are better than most Great ports and connectivity Track pad is huge and sensitive 360hz refresh is awesome Screen is bright and sharp Cons: Keyboard is cramped and the short travel keys take some getting used to Synapse 3 software still needs some work, when you close the lid it shuts down and you have to restart it Aluminum Chassis gets really hot, I don't recommend gaming in your lap Fingerprint reduction coating is garbage, this picks up fingerprints very easy Lid is slippery and kindo challenging to open sometimes Webcam is truly terrible, invest in a good external one or just don't use it All in all this is the finest gaming laptop I've ever owned.
