This computer rocks the graphics card and the display go really good together and you'll get above 150 frames most of the time. i would definable recommend it to anyone who is in school and that likes to game on the side also.

    • Cooling system on point. Gaming on point. Expensive but still awesome.
So 3 years ago I got myself the 2017 razer blade pro 4k for the purpose of media work and some gaming. As far as the high res went obviously it was beautiful but for gaming it definitely did not deliver especially since it was 60fps. Within 2 years I had the infamous battery bloat of death and sent my 2017 model in for repairs. Took a few weeks and they ended up sending me a refurbished model with the same specs. Laptop #2 lasted almost a year before it too expierenced the battery bulge. They replaced it again (took a month). The first few days after sending in the old blade pro 2017 I decided to pull the trigger on THIS laptop. 2019 blade pro 2080/240. I was worried about how it might perform and if it would ultimately crap out on me like the old ones always seemed to do but my goodness... spent a few hours under heavy load no problem. Spent another few hours on the latest CoD and was consistantly under 65 degrees on gpu. Seems like they made some HUGE improvements to the cooling system in general and I couldnt be more pleased. Keep in mind im only a month into daily use but I have high hopes for this. Side note, I received my replacement laptop #3 (2017 blade pro 4k) from razer and by comparison at idle the 2019 is an ice cube and the 2017 is by far the best and most expensive hand warmer you'll ever find. ... show more

It looks great an feels great but it was dead out of the box. It couldn't charge so I can't vouch for the overall quality but it's a pretty common defect with razer laptops. Razer tech support did offer to refund me directly even though I bought it on amazon which is really cool for a company to offer that. ... show more

    • Customer service is horrible
Customer service sucks To the point I will probably never buy or recommend Razer, although like the blade pro, because service is so bad. Making me wait for weeks just to be able to buy a replacement charging brick and cable, even though only 5 months old and under warranty. Finally paid for a new one to be shipped and now no follow up a week later as to shipment. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Would never get this bad of service from Dell Microsoft, Apple or probably any other manufacturer Absolutely horrible service Brick battery seem to be a common theme as my first blade 15 2018 also had a brick issue that caused battery to swell and lift up track pad another horror story with service. Luckily bought at retail store who after trying to deal with Razer gave me some store credit to use on other items. ... show more
