Update 2/4/2024: I solved my Bluetooth problems by removing Razer’s THX application. All is well still working great. Update 5/24/2023: It seems that Razer fixed the problems I was having with a Synapse update. Since then, this laptop has been great. Gaming is good with decent frames. The bad: I have issues with Bluetooth now and then, but I'm not sure if it's my Beats Studios 3s or the laptop that's the issue. A reboot will fix it if I really need them, so not too big. I bought this model on 10/12/2022. I have had nothing but problems. It randomly powers off even when plugged in, the Wi-Fi range is terrible. Since I am no longer able to return it, I am forced to use Razer's support. I have had a ticket open for 9 days and still no RMA. Support only emails once per day. Also, I've just discovered when filing my complaint that they have an F rating with the BBB. ... show more

Bought this Razer 15 blade and it can hardly keep a charge for an hour. I got this so I could play one game while away on the road unfortunately I should have read the reviews first because there was a few mentions of battery life while gaming. If you’re only using this for office work it may hold the charge for several hours. Unfortunately it’s labeled as a gaming laptop. The speakers are really bad It is a fingerprint magnet, it takes a lot to wipe them off You can get similar specs for way less However, it is a every well build laptop.

I purchased a Razer Blade 15 to use for gaming while traveling for work. I received a blade 15 with a trackpad that wasn't functioning properly. I reached out to Razer for troubleshooting which included 5 days of back and forth email communication. In the end, Razer couldn't help fix the issue with a $2,000 laptop and referred me back to amazon since they were the retail seller and the product fell within the 30 days return or replacement window. Amazon wouldn't replace the laptop and said they could only do a return on the item. After sending the laptop back to Amazon, I received an email accusing me of returning a product with damage.
