W key constantly comes off while in use. Owned other razer keyboards and other brands in the past and have never had an issue until. The only solution I can think of is supergluing it on?? And given the price of this keyboard that should not be an option. Very disappointed with this.

Despite not receiving the original packaging, all the essential components came neatly packaged with clear instructions and stickers, ensuring that I had everything necessary to get started. The addition of phantom keycaps has transformed the keyboard's RGB lighting, creating a visually stunning effect that adds flair to my gaming setup. In gaming scenarios, particularly with titles like Rainbow Six Siege, the keyboard has proven to be incredibly responsive, exhibiting zero input lag. I just wanted to give this keyboard a try cause it was on sale, but I was extremely surprised before it feel’s nothing like my other razer ornata chroma keyboard the blackwidow v3 65% saves so much space without technically taking any keys away just having to use fn sometimes which is easier than you think because when you hold it down the rgb will stop and it will only light up the keys you can use with fn so its very user friendly, the green switches aren’t absurdly loud but they’re loud enough to be satisfying and feel incredibly fast and smooth, no scratching sounds or anything when typing or playing games its extremely solid. It’s not heavy but for a 65% keyboard it weighs more than you’d think it would by looking at it. Not to mention these phantom keys look absolutely amazing with rgb and they reflect very nicely so i wont be swapping anything out on it im extremely happy with this keyboard. ... show more

Only reason I give it four stars is because of the price and the Bluetooth is not good. I however was lucky and found it on sale here for $130 new, I recommend this product for that price and NOT the msrp of $200. The version I bought was the Blackwidow 65% wireless Phantom edition with the yellow silent switches. I haven't used a mechanical keyboard before, and these feel great; the yellow switch is responsive enough to work if pressed halfway and its just enough to still rest my fingers on the keys. PLEASE NOTE: the Phantom edition shows NO LETTERS when the keyboard lights are turned off. If you want to use this keyboard in an extremely bright room or outside on a sunny day, this keyboard will be practically unusable for you. Complaints: Synapse (the razer software to program the lights) does not work with Bluetooth mode. You can only use preset lighting effects in Bluetooth. Then again you should NOT use Bluetooth on this keyboard because there is a noticeable delay. I also wish the keycaps were a little more transparent to make the keyboard brighter; the lights themselves are bright enough but the keycaps hold them back a bit; then again I assume this keyboard is shows more light than the standard version. After a month, I can say I really enjoy this keyboard. Its small enough to fit in a backpack and the wireless feature was just what I needed. I use this all the time to type college essays and for games that use keyboard and mouse. If you want a keyboard that is small, looks great, and ok with phantom keycaps then you won't be disappointed. ... show more

This keyboard feels amazing. It's just the right size, has a nice weight so it doesn't slide around, and the keys are very responsive and perfect for gaming (particularly first person shooters). Too bad the Razer Synapse software you need to use it is a steaming pile of garbage juice. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We need to quit supporting companies that ignore customer feedback to the degree Razer seems to. For over a year they have received nonstop complaints about disconnect issues and problems with the Chroma lighting and they completely ignore them. The Synapse software seems to update every time I restart my computer but no problems are ever resolved. I had to disable the lighting completely on my mouse to keep it from disconnecting. If you do that with the keyboard you cannot see the keys at all. There are zero connection issues if you uninstall their software, but then you can't customize anything about the keyboard. So all the fancy features they brag about are useless. Once again, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! ... show more

I like it a lot but I'm sure a lot of that is because my previous wireless keyboard was an abomination, looks good, sounds decent, like linear switches more than I expected. my only complaint is that seemingly at random the backlight will turn off and then slowly fade back on many times throughout the day, I also am not a fan of the placement of the INS key, like who's using insert that much that it needs to be in such a prime position, it should be ins-pgup-pgdn in that order, or even better, ins could be home or end, I've never used ins in my life. ... show more
