I absolutely love my headphones. The sound is amazing and even music on these headphones are great. The mic quality is good but you have to play with the EQ to find the right setting. I noticed when I put the EQ on esports mode that my teammates couldn't hear me. I had to change the eq setting to broadcast for them to hear me better. Default setting seems to work fine as well. If you have the money would definitely recommend these headphones. I saw some people say they can't change the wheel to game chat or that it's not fully compatible with ps5. Just want to say you have to download the razer audio app on your phone to control the settings. That's how you change the EQ settings and the options for the wheel. I think you change the wheel to game chat/game audio, foot step, and hearing yourself on the mic. Definitely recommend downloading the app on your phone to control my these settings. ... show more

This thing Sounds Amazing on the PS5, But there was a S-ton of Problems. 1, The headset would slide off my head, I'm 5'11' 190, pretty average head, I have had Heavier headsets do the same thing but this headset is pretty light, I fixed it by wearing a hat. 2' The Mic is fixed position and rigid, constantly trying to kiss you, Imagine a mouth breather with this. *-----Now the real bad-----* 3' The connection is spotty, you can't tell when you are live/muted, if in a game or in starting a party or a game you can't tell. So you have to go to the PS MIC settings and click adjust mic level, then speak and see if you see the bar moving or not, When it doesn't move, it means you are muted somehow. or lost connection. 3(a) I also tried the cable connection to the controller method. It was the same issue, you couldn't tell if you were on and off. 4' The buttons are very awkward, can't tell what is what in the dark and you need a light source close to see them I have had it for a few days and it is going back, I will probably go with the old one, a Turtle Beach Stealth Pro, Multi Platform, Noise Canceling, It has 2 batteries so one is always in the charger and you can swap whenever, the battery life is fantastic, The Mic can be used or not, I prefer to use it with it, because you have the ability to adjust the position, if you flip up it mutes the mic for when you need to do it that second. Right now its $215. I paid $244 for this, and trying to return it was a pain as well with the chatbot the only option instead of the way it used to be. Decisions Decisions! Duces ... show more

This is a decent headset. There are plenty of reviews that discuss the sound quality and i agree with them. However, it is not fully compatible with the PlayStation 5. There is an option in the headset setup to set the mixing wheel to control game/chat mix. It doesn't work. I reached out to Razer support and never heard anything back from them. Not being able to control the game/chat mix and not hearing anything back from Razer support is a deal killer for me. ... show more
