Adjustable paper positioner and clear scale markings help you center different paper sizes for accurate, professional-looking punching. Set the punching margin to 3, 4, or 6 mm to match thin or thick documents, giving extra edge strength and reducing the risk of pages tearing out. The comb slot holds the spine upright while you flip and load pages, keeping sheets aligned and making binding faster and easier. Works with standard 19-ring plastic comb spines to bind Letter, B5 and Junior Legal documents into reusable reports, manuals and notebooks. The side guide and printed size marks help you quickly align Letter, B5 and Junior Legal sheets for neat, consistent punching. Letter size can be perfectly centered, while B5 and Junior Legal may have slightly uneven margins because of the fixed 19-hole layout. Because the punching pins are fixed, the end holes on non-standard widths may not be perfectly symmetrical to the paper edges, but they still give secure binding for everyday notebooks and handouts. Paper scraps, misaligned sheets or overloading can all cause slanted punch holes.
