Stopped working after almost 2 years. Can no longer charge, but I’m back to buy another because the convenience and price brought me back. I was really excited about this purchase because it’s such a cool and convenient lighter. It worked perfectly at first and did exactly what it was supposed to do. For the price, it felt like a great little gadget. Unfortunately, once it needed to be recharged, it completely stopped working. I’m not sure if I received a defective unit, but it would not turn back on after charging. I initiated a return in hopes of receiving a replacement, not a refund. However, there was an issue during the return process with the shipping carrier, and the package was never properly scanned. Because of that, there was no record of the return, and I was unable to receive a replacement or refund. While the item was inexpensive, the overall experience was disappointing. That said, I do think this may have been a malfunctioning unit because the lighter itself is a really neat product when it works. I would still recommend giving it a try, just hoping for a better and longer-lasting experience than mine.
