While restoring my daughters 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport (college car), I found the rear brakes atrocious and I am not about to let her drive a car without the brakes working 100%. After 3 hours prying off the old drums I replaced everything. These drums came fast, fit perfect and are of very nice quality. Better price then my local auto stores and with prime shipping... no brainer. Absolutely no issues with these. The brakes on this car are back to better then factory now and the car stops on a dime. Perfect.

I was not terribly impressed by these when I got them, but they are from Raybestos, so they have to be decent, right? Feh. Firstly, they're made in China. Secondly, each one I received had three weights welded to about half the circumference of the drum. That makes me question the manufacturing right there, if they have to resort to so many weights to balance these. The factory drums on my Cherokee had only a single weight. I was only replacing my factory drums because they have over 200K on them and it was easier buying new ones as opposed to turning the old ones. Anyway, I installed these just over three months ago. I did a complete brake job, with new springs, wheel cylinders, and Raybestos shoes. Everything was great at first. Then I started getting vehicle vibration. I figured I just needed a wheel balancing. Got that done. Still driving a giant 4.0 powered vibrator that was getting worse. When I started getting pulsations at the rear during braking, I knew it was the drums. Luckily, I kept the old drums. I put them on and now I'm riding smoothly again. I don't know what happened. To my knowledge, I have not done any type of driving that might cause this. At this time I am uncertain if it is one or both drums. All I know is, I would be cautious purchasing these. If you do, make sure you install them right away so if there is a problem you can return them during the return period.

Well they look good that's all. Should have read the reviews a little bit better. 1 is definitely out of round. Ive had these for to long to return and should have checked them before now. But I guess I could have them turned a few thousands to see it that helps.

Unlike others have said, Mine came with similar sized balance weights to the OEM drums fit great and machined perfect. Looked painted but were not a coat of caliper paint fixed that.

I'm a little surprised by these. They look great. Machined out and no weights. Nice and oily, so no rust. Going to paint them and install. Really looking forward to them. They're still made in China,, but it looks like there's a big difference in quality now.
