Right out of the box this set captured the interest of both my 8 year old and my 13 year old. They have spent hours setting up various courses and trying new combinations. My only recommendation for improvement would be to the instructions. It would be great to have a few sample set up that feature the different obstacles. Yeah, as most of the reviews you read, kids love it. But $129 for this building set? Looking at other STEM toys which are equally engaging and creative, i think this toy is overpriced. Pieces are good quality but doesnt justify price. They break, especially the action pieces, zipline bar etc. Also the replacement parts are not available easily unless you but another expansion set.
