Very easy to setup and use and would highly recommend it to anyone willing to play golf more. It is very compact where you can take it anywhere with you. I've had this since January and only got it to work about 12 times. Of those times, it never worked well enough to funish a full round. It freezes up allot and tech support is no help. I don't recommend buying this. Unfortunately the time to return the item has passed and now I'm stuck with a $700 piece of junk. ... show more

I really wanted to love this product. After doing all of my research and even reading other reviews about how frustrating the connectivity issues were I still went against my gut and purchased. Long story short.. delivered on a Friday and I returned this by Sunday at my local UPS drop off location. Day 1 set up was super easy. Rapsodo does make it easy literally set up and hitting balls within 5 minutes. Connectivity was pure madness Via direct WiFi or using 5g same.. now, Rapsodo app is absolutely garbage I will say awesome golf app was pretty solid a lot of miss hits.. but no freezing and lagging like Rapsodo.. so 3rd party apps are probably a better option. I can’t tell you how many times I had to shut the unit off and restart it. Super frustrating..Keep in mind you have to pay for subscriptions for both to use 3rd party apps through mlmpro2. I have no experience with out door use. My set up was in a living room that is 35ft long 24feet wide with 13ft tall ceilings .. fiber router was within 15 feet. No reason I should have had so many connection issues. Do yourself a favor. Try another company until Rapsodo can figure out things on their end. This is a known issue. My husband was excited like a little kid when he opened this for Christmas! The 12 titleist balls was a killer deal for the same price. Wish there was more options then just standing it on the ground, as we created an entire golf simulator but it is in the ground so people can block it accidentally by walking by. ... show more
