  • Compact, Light, & Sturdy
Color: Black/Blue
I purchased this for my daughter who is in high school and is on the golf team. She had a pretty decent light weight stand bag but for going back and forth to practice every day or walking 9 in the hot Texas heat there is just no comparison. The bag easily fits driver, fw wood, putter, pw, sw, 3 irons and a putter. The bag is well made (I will update the review if that assessment changes) and extremely light. There are two pockets for 6 to 8 golf balls, tees and a glove. I like the rigid cylinder as opposed to the completely soft sided models given the constant back and forth to school and the course. When in use the top conveniently zips open and there is a snap to hold the cover open which makes it useful for walking the course like a more traditional Sunday bag. The only improvement I would make is if it had come sort of collapsible stand. I like i so much I may get a second one for myself. ... show more

  • Versitile bag.
Color: Black/Silver
I can load eight clubs in here for travel on an airplane. I'm old. I don't want to drag around a full bag in an airport. I only use half the clubs I own. If I see a shot that needs a six iron, I'll choke down on a five. I actually bought it as a Sunday Bag for walking in the early morning hours with four clubs only. That is good for my blood pressure and waistline. The nice thing about the bag is that it is tough and holds enough clubs to play serious golf at a course far away from home. I'll use it to fly and play even at the nicest courses. The padded head cover snaps open, so this will actually be playable from a cart. I'm not on the tour, so the money I lose on the course from not having my full set will be small. I don't have to impress anyone anymore with my fancy gear. The pockets are not big, but I can always buy balls at the course we fly to. I guess I'm in the downsizing years. I'll be taking it to Helena, Montana this summer, so if there is a problem, I'll be back. One pocket seems big enough for the strap and the two lambskin sheaths I bought to protect my shoulder when carrying the bag. No one can fly with a loose strap on a bag, so it will have to be removed for flying. It's very cut, and I just don't have time to worry about marshaling a huge bag through an airport. So far I am pleased with this purchase. ... show more

  • nice solution to a short golf trip
Color: Black/Silver
well built, good protection for clubs, could use a larger pocket(s) and about 1" in diameter and potentially have top zipper extend below standard length of putter to make actual packing and usage of clubs more convenient and usable. Very nice solution, could just be tweaked a bit to be a tad more functional. ... show more

  • Perfect Airline Baggage Size
Color: Black/Silver
I placed 9 necessary clubs in this bag: Driver, 3, 5, 7 woods, putter w/cover, SW, PW, 9, 7 irons. Placed a small towel at bottom of bag to raise up the irons. Traveled to Hawaii and 3 rounds of golf. Held up beautifully. Put a lightweight towel in between clubs and zippered it off. Used 1 TSA small lock. A perfect 62” for no extra baggage charge. Strapped into cart nicely and got many compliments on its portability. Looped it on top of my large baggage handle with 4 wheels and couldn’t be easier. I’m 4’ 9” 100 lbs. A breeze! Some pockets for 3-6 balls, tees, small wash cloth or glove. Better to hang tees, markers inside snap on pouch outside of bag. ... show more

  • Great travel bag
Color: Black/Blue
Perfect size for taking on "non-golf" vacations when I only play a few rounds and don't need every club in the bag. It is light weight but sturdy. Easy to check. Fits my putter and 3 irons head size down and my driver, one fairway wood and one hybrid nested together with their covers head size up. I put my golf shoes and towel in the bag too for support and padding. It has pockets for your balls, tees and glove. When I unzip the cover and play I can turn around the irons and putter for easy access. The cover folds down and is part of the bag so it does not get lost. I use small ladies clubs. Don't know if this would work if you are using tall men's clubs. Do not waste your money on a "back-bone", just not enough room. ... show more

  • Great product and I recommend it!!!!!!
Color: Black/Silver
Hello all I got my CaddyDaddy Golf Grey Ranger Carry Travel bag today 3/30/2017 with my two day prime subscription and it arrived on time. Once I opened the box I was amazed how light it was and as advertised its exactly what it is. The next test was to putt my clubs into it. Just a note I have a set of 12 Dunlop clubs right from Walmart so my clubs are that not the expensive but all the same I love them just the same and they do the job just as good as another set of Taylor made golf clubs. The point is keeping your clubs safe when you travel. I was beating my head against the wall trying to figure out a way to keep from buying a big bulky golf travel bag to take with me when I travel to California in May, hopefully this will do the trick and not be a test bag for the airlines to jack up when I check them. First the pockets are just enough for your golf balls and tees and your divot set but nothing else. Now if you travel like I do and like to take your clubs with you its best to pack them and your shoes in another bag so they are not taken from our lovely baggage handlers. Second the padding up around heads of your woods is pretty good but if you unscrew the heads of your woods or wrap bubble wrap around them or turn them upside down and stick in the bag you would be better off so you know for sure you have taken all the precautious you could so you can be worry free. As you can see from my photos I have covers on my irons and I have covers on my woods, now when I tried to turn them upside down they all fit but 2. As you can see I was able to fit all 12 clubs in the bag along with the covers on them. It was kind of tight but if you think about it, it keeps your clubs from moving around. As you see I was able to test out the zipper and close the top and as of what I see they stand up to the test. Keep in mind if you don't need to carry all of your clubs and wish to put a bag boy back bone protector in the bag you can do so. The bottom portion of the bag seems to be pretty sturdy enough to protect your shafts in travel as well but if your apprehensive you could get you some pipe insulation and put around your shafts to help the shock. Once I take my travel I will check back in with you to tell you what happen but I'm pretty confident all will be well. Well Just checking back in with you all to give some feed back on how well the CaddyDaddy performed on my trip to Carlsbad Ca. After showing you guys that I was able to fit all twelve of my clubs into this bag with the backbone for extra protection, the CaddyDaddy past with flying colors on Southwest Airlines. Nothing broken or bent going or coming back. Keep in mind I had a nonstop flight so keep that in mind when you travel with this bag it makes things easier on yourself to know it will arrive with you. ... show more
