I purchased this product about a year ago. The range itself looked, measured, and worked as expected. I began to notice a loud noise a few months back. I decided to disassemble the unit to diagnose it and found that there was some grinding going on in the motor (refer to picture). I contacted customer service in an attempt to purchase/receive the part I needed to replace, but support doesn’t carry any spare parts. Support offered me a 60% reinforcement and some spare carbon filters. They explained a year had passed since the delivery, otherwise they would have offered me another unit free-of-charge. This seems fair to me 🤷♂️. I am happy with their customer service, and I am convinced my unit just had some rough assembling. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. ... show more

We installed the Range Hood 30 Inch, Tieasy Wall Mount Kitchen Hood with airduct since the duct system is existing. I love this product. It is very quiet and has a lot of power. The built in light is bright. We are very happy with this purchase.
