We ordered the wrong water heater but the description was a little misleading. Now I'm trying to return it and it's been a week. I'm still waiting on return label and refund to my bank account. Amazon wouldn't let us return it them for refund and now it's just a waiting game. Buy different brand with better return procedures and timeline.

Great little heater. I use this in my outdoor shower and it does the trick. It can take a few times to figure out the temperature. But once you do it works flawlessly.

I use this for my professional grooming salon - its great. I did have an issue with animals nesting inside so I have to create a hardware cloth back or barrier for it so I felt the design was slightly flawed as an outdoor device when there was a lot of space in the bottom for critters to enter and nest in but as far as performance this is pretty good. I do get water fluxuations where its too hot and too cold but I think this is more user error than anything. I turned the heat to summer as I was on winter setting and it would get scalding hot. but I have this hooked up to a little five gallon tank outside of my tuff shed and its really great! I use it daily.

The shower head included does not have an ON/OFF button. There isn’t any way to turn it ON or OFF other then by the water facet.

Investigated many of the tankless hot water heaters and the main issue was how to fasten this product to our necessary surface. The pictures were deceiving and wasn’t set up as advertised! Tried to return 2weeks before eligibility date expired and they refused to take!
