I am 5'6" female, 167lbs, and I have been dealing with sciatic nerve pain, tension, and lower body swelling for months. This brace has honestly been a lifesaver. It gives me the right amount of compression and support to get through the day, especially when the pain flares up during work or when I've been on my feet to long. I took everyone's advice and sized up to a large, and I'm so glad I did- it fits just right without feeling too tight or restrictive. It's also very adjustable and comfortable to wear, even under clothes. It stays in place and doesn't dig in, which is a huge plus. When I wear it regularly, I've notices less swelling, better posture, and a real decrease in daily discomfort. It's not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps. I still stretch, rest, and follow PT routine but this brace adds the extra layer of support I really needed. Highly recommend is you're struggling with sciatica, swelling, or lower back tension.

The fit is fine and the support is good. Of course the fabric will roll since it's a thin, lightweight brace and also if you have a little flab, like I do, it will help the fabric to roll. 😉 Good value. The velcro is very strong. I like the adjustability.
