I am 5'6" female, 167lbs, and I have been dealing with sciatic nerve pain, tension, and lower body swelling for months. This brace has honestly been a lifesaver. It gives me the right amount of compression and support to get through the day, especially when the pain flares up during work or when I've been on my feet to long. I took everyone's advice and sized up to a large, and I'm so glad I did- it fits just right without feeling too tight or restrictive. It's also very adjustable and comfortable to wear, even under clothes. It stays in place and doesn't dig in, which is a huge plus. When I wear it regularly, I've notices less swelling, better posture, and a real decrease in daily discomfort. It's not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps. I still stretch, rest, and follow PT routine but this brace adds the extra layer of support I really needed. Highly recommend is you're struggling with sciatica, swelling, or lower back tension.

This is a very light weight brace. Can be worn under clothing, which I like. It just work, to receive my lower back pain. Must be worn tight to relieve pain. I would recommend. The only problem I have it slightly flips over in front when sitting.

Superb Design! I have several styles of back braces, due to my compressed disc. THIS is what I've been looking for all along. It's THIN and is almost invisible under my clothes AND the bonus feature is It's COMFORTABLE SITTING ... while most brands are effective for giving me the support I require, many are too bulky when seated!!! As I'm writing this review, I'm seated and SO RELAXED! This will be my number 1 GoTo when I go out and travel. What a fantastic design! I could not be more grateful.

It's just okay for me. I think it will vary on the person and what they are using it for. I am having some back issues and I was wearing my weight lifting belt before this which was fabulous but very bulky, & uncomfortable after several days. I was looking for a high level of support and comfort from this and only found it to be comfortable with little support. I am sure the belt will be wonderful for some people, but not for me. Sorry.

This works great for when you just need support that you can wear under your clothes. I wear this when I play tennis and it gives enough support to prevent injuries when I’m running/twisting.
