Worked great for me. Tried another brand and now im back the other brand similar price but less effective for me. Helped with perimenopausal smells and helped to keep things working just not like when I was younger but definitely better than without.

I have used this product for over a week and I am not really realizing any particular health benefits. I believe that with only 30 capsules provided, the cost should either be less or the effectiveness of the product should be recognizable quicker. I am not noticing any particular improvement in gut or vaginal health. I will definitely continue using this for the whole 30 count provided and report back if there are noticeable positive effects; however as of now, there are other pro and prebiotics that can do the same, or similar, job in my opinion. ... show more
