My hot flashes & night sweats have been hoooooorible. Cramps, low LOW energy, I feel exhausted + am sleeping horribly, feel bloated all the time AND I've put almost 20 pounds of weight on. Granted I haven't been nearly as active as I normally am because it's a pandemic, I'm in NY and I lost my job back in March but I'm following your lead because I've tried so many other things. I also just moved 2 weeks ago and it's between 80-90 degrees here, I feel like I'm dying, burning up from the inside out. I bought this product and Evening Primrose 1300 and have been taking 2 pills of each product for 3 days now - Like I said it's only been 3 days so far but I felt a difference the very first day - I was so desperate, felt so bad that I open the box both bottles came in, read the instructions then immediately took 2 of each on an empty stomach before I even had lunch - my symptoms haven't gone away but I felt a difference within an hour, I felt calmer, less cramping, the hot flashes aren't coming as often and don't last as long - same with the night sweats, still getting them but they don't last as long. My sleep seems to be better but I'm still exhausted. I'm not sure what to do about the horrible weight gain though, from what I've read this product doesn't seem to do anything for that so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know - but overall I'm really happy so far with my limited experience - I plan on continuing, I'm hopeful that the results will improve even more but truthfully even if this initial amount of relief is all I get I will count myself grateful, I will say that I plan on changing the time of day I take both products, I'm going to swing around and take them both at night before I go to sleep and see if there is a difference ..... I'll add a follow up when I hit the 2 week period. Update : July 22nd - 2020 I was doing better from the moment I started taking the combination but I flipped the time frame around to taking this magic combo right before I go to bed, actually while I'm watching a last hour of TV before bed and I feel almost no symptoms at all ... No night sweats anymore, no hot flashes, no cramps, I haven't lost a single pound though and that's a problem but I don't feel bloated, no headaches and I'm sleeping deeply and through the night . I looooove this suppliment and I love this suppliment combo, as long as I take them in the hour before I go to sleep I seem to have no symptoms at all .... No if someone, ANYONE could please tell me what I can do for the weight gain I would be really greatful !!!! ... show more

Oh my word, I have to write a review on these, because I am so stunned and surprised that these work!! I was SOOO incredibly skeptical about these helping me. My hot flashes and night sweats were pretty seriously bad, I would get several bad flashes a day the kind that made me nauseous and sick with heat. I work in a school with little kids and I would feel so crappy several times a day it was terrible and distracting at work. I have tried a few other menopausal supplements like the popular brand Estroven you see everywhere, and the NOW brand Menopause Support herbal blend, which required you to take 3 capsules a day, but even 4 didn't cut it. These had many of the same ingredients as those brands, so I was thinking these wouldn't work for me, because those other ones basically did nothing for me. Well, I noticed a significant improvement with these the week I began taking them. I have been on them almost 30 days now and my bottle is almost gone, and I am supposed to take a break according to the label. I ordered another bottle for after the break because I seriously don't ever want to go back to how I was feeling. But I can say my hot flashes are amazingly GONE now. I like that you only take 2 capsules. I take mine before bed since the night sweats drove me crazy and I was hoping that it would be potent taken right at night, they do not keep me awake, so nothing stimulating in them. I don't awake all sweaty and nasty. Simply put, these work for amazingly for my body. I feel normal again which is so wonderful. So much so that I have told several women at work about these, and I am going to tell my doctor. If you are skeptical just try them, hopefully you will feel normal again like me. ... show more

There’s another reviewer on here that could’ve been me-it was exactly what I’ve been going through this past year and it was her review that made my decision to buy this product. So I need to do the same for others if it might help. So I’m turning 40, and for the past year I’ve been going through hell-the panic attacks, anxiety are the worst, they came out of nowhere I didn’t know what was happening or why. Then came depression, the hair loss, skin problems, extreme fatigue, racing heart, I could go on. It took me a whole year to figure out it’s perimenopause. I do still have periods but they’re abnormal, they last twice as long as before and mostly very light. And no hot flashes yet thank god but I do feel intolerant of heat. My docs gave me antidepressants (that I refuse to take) I had all kinds of tests done, everything came back normal, and no one seemed to want to test my hormones, said it was pointless. I’ve spent hundreds on different supplements, tried meditation, yoga, bought self help books, even downloaded an expensive ‘cure yourself of panic attacks’ type of program. Now for the good news. This menopause supplement has done more for me in 2 weeks than anything else I’ve tried. I know it can take a month or two to see full results but I’m definitely noticing a difference already. I do still feel the panic bubble up sometimes but it doesn’t get full blown and I’m hoping that will ease in time too. I have a lot more energy and I’m just really all around feeling more positive. I’m hopeful for the first time that I’ve found something that actually works! Hopefully I can leave another review after about 2 months and things will be even better. Thank you thank you thank you, it’s such a relief. If this keeps working like this I am a customer for life (or however long this hell called menopause lasts for!) it’s not a magic pill, anything that says so is a scam, but I can FEEL the difference, it’s working, like I’m slowly climbing out of the dark hole. The first couple days I did feel like it made my heart race but I’m used to that anyway..And that’s starting to go away too. Ladies give it a chance, and give it some time to work. If your story is anything like mine, this might be your answer. I will give 5 stars when I’ve used it longer and things are (hopefully) even better, as said, it’s been 2 weeks;) ... show more
