My hot flashes & night sweats have been hoooooorible. Cramps, low LOW energy, I feel exhausted + am sleeping horribly, feel bloated all the time AND I've put almost 20 pounds of weight on. Granted I haven't been nearly as active as I normally am because it's a pandemic, I'm in NY and I lost my job back in March but I'm following your lead because I've tried so many other things. I also just moved 2 weeks ago and it's between 80-90 degrees here, I feel like I'm dying, burning up from the inside out. I bought this product and Evening Primrose 1300 and have been taking 2 pills of each product for 3 days now - Like I said it's only been 3 days so far but I felt a difference the very first day - I was so desperate, felt so bad that I open the box both bottles came in, read the instructions then immediately took 2 of each on an empty stomach before I even had lunch - my symptoms haven't gone away but I felt a difference within an hour, I felt calmer, less cramping, the hot flashes aren't coming as often and don't last as long - same with the night sweats, still getting them but they don't last as long. My sleep seems to be better but I'm still exhausted. I'm not sure what to do about the horrible weight gain though, from what I've read this product doesn't seem to do anything for that so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know - but overall I'm really happy so far with my limited experience - I plan on continuing, I'm hopeful that the results will improve even more but truthfully even if this initial amount of relief is all I get I will count myself grateful, I will say that I plan on changing the time of day I take both products, I'm going to swing around and take them both at night before I go to sleep and see if there is a difference ..... I'll add a follow up when I hit the 2 week period. Update : July 22nd - 2020 I was doing better from the moment I started taking the combination but I flipped the time frame around to taking this magic combo right before I go to bed, actually while I'm watching a last hour of TV before bed and I feel almost no symptoms at all ... No night sweats anymore, no hot flashes, no cramps, I haven't lost a single pound though and that's a problem but I don't feel bloated, no headaches and I'm sleeping deeply and through the night . I looooove this suppliment and I love this suppliment combo, as long as I take them in the hour before I go to sleep I seem to have no symptoms at all .... No if someone, ANYONE could please tell me what I can do for the weight gain I would be really greatful !!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this product. I am 49 years old. Back in December I was diagnosed as having large uterine fibroid tumors that were causing me problems. But my periods were still regular, like clockwork. No symptoms of menopause whatsoever at that time. But I was having other symptoms relating to the fibroids. One of the things my gynecologist recommended was a hysterectomy because of my age. But I really didn't want to have such an invasive surgery, so my doctor told me about a procedure call UAE (Uterine Artery Embolization). I went to a doctor who specializes in this and he said I was a good candidate for it. It is a procedure that basically kills off the fibroids and makes then shrink up. Only a week downtime. Also a 85% success rate. So I opted for this procedure. About a month (maybe a little more) post-procedure and I start having menopause symptoms with a vengeance! Just wham, all of a sudden! Well, apparently, the UAE triggered menopause. This was a risk in this procedure because of my age. It was/has been so horrible. My doctor suggested hormone replacement therapy. I was hesitant about synthetic hormones and wanted to try something natural. I started researching and Mendapause came up as a top contender. I thought, what the heck, I have nothing to lose. It took about 3 weeks of taking it consistently, and all of a sudden the hot flashes started going away. I went from 10-20 hot flashes a day to maybe 1 or 2. The horrible insomnia and mood swings started abating. And now after almost a month of taking this product, almost no symptoms whatsoever! I haven't had a hot flash in a week. They don't wake me up at all hours of the night, and I'm sleeping through the night again most of the time. I was a wreck before taking this product. The mood swings and despondency was just horrible. Now I feel more like myself again. I just can't say enough about how this product has helped me!
