I'm 46 y.o and after starting to struggle with a lot of premenopausal symptoms and tried other supplements, this provitalize for women was the best option. I’ve been taking probiotics for women a few months and notice a lot of improvements: better energy, not feeling bloated, I had a blood work done and the estrogen level was regular after being super low. I’m happy and I’ll keep taking probiotics for women. This probiotics for women has no smell, no taste and it’s very affordable, but it could be a little small for some people, I have no problems swallowing anything. I've been taking this provitalize for women for just under 4 weeks and have just had 2 glorious hot-flash free nights! For several months prior to that, I was waking up in a pool of sweat multiple times per night and starting every day exhausted. I am incredibly grateful to have found this provitalize for women. The good: no adverse side effects, no bad taste. The bad: after taking for 2 months, we saw no effect - good or bad, so ..if it's not going to have any positive effect on us, then why continue to take it. So, we stopped. Verdict: hopefully you'll see a notable positive effect from making this part of your daily regimen. It not having any negative side effect or bad taste is a BIG plus in my book & a great 1st step.

I am not a doctor, pharmacist and have never played either on tv. I do have a couple of old ovaries. Once I passed 45, my body decided to try to kill me by boiling me alive a couple times a day. As you can imagine, this affected my mental stability. I tried a couple versions of menopausal/perimenopausal supplements and these provided the most regulation of my new crazy. One day I was out with my sister for a nice lunch when she said “why are you so red?” I had gone atomic again! When I got home, I realized that I had forgotten to take this supplement. I don’t know if it will work for you but it makes a big difference for me!
