Method 1:Press and hold "∧” and "∨” buttons at the same time for seconds until you hear the beep. Release the buttons. The desk will go automatically until it shows 69, and the reset is successful. Method 2:Unplug the power supply for the 20s, then plug the power supply back in and the desk will reset automatically. After it shows 69, the reset is done. Up: Press Up“∧”.Down: Press Down“∨” Switch Display Press and hold "v” and Button 4 to switch cm to inch to cm. To save the current height setting: Press and hold any number key until you hear a beep. Note: This standing desk has 4 different height memories. The memory positions stored are still valid after power off. You can use the up and down buttons to adjust the standing desk to the height you need to work.     • Wife is happy with her desk.

I have this desk but in brown and got this white one for my wife. I did it as a surprise and she came home and loved it immediately. Her's isn't weighed down really, but mine is holding a watercooled PC and hasn't had any problems. I'd say the desk does wobble at max height. Lower settings, the wobble isn't much of an issue. I mainly use the standing function when I'm working but general computing/gaming I'm sitting down, so the wobble isn't a problem. Same with the wife. The motors are not loud and smoothly raise and lower the desk. Setup was fairly simple. I'd say my only real complaint is the desk surface itself comes in 4 pieces and the design of the desk makes it impossible for all 4 of these pieces to come together flush. When you move your mouse around over these aria's you can feel the bumps where the table surface is uneven. I get it though, it's in 4 pieces to make the packaging smaller for shipping. To fix this we just purchased big mouse pads/desk mats so the mouse glides over the bumps more easily. (recommend Glorious 3XL DeskMat). These desks have been great over all. I do not miss my old L-Desk in the slightest. ... show more

Quality- Desk is pretty sturdy with little wiggle, motors go up and down smoothly and quick enough. Desktop is 4 pieces of laminated mdf held together with brackets. I done this was slightly thicker. Assembly - 100% a TEAM PROJECT unless your arms are 6’ long and you regularly lift weights because parts of this desk are quite heavy! Additionally, adjusting the leveling feel is a tad difficult so if you know your floor is uneven I recommend starting with the feet out as far as possible. Overall - I recommend this desk with a couple of caveats; the desktop joins will collect dust, crumbs, etc so if that is an issue for you get a large desk pad. Add ons: I recommend mounted monitor arms for security and a mounted power strip so you don’t have to worry about power cord length when raising the desk. ... show more

I’ve had this standing desk for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It was super easy to assemble and takes up very little space while also having a good amount of desk space. I was concerned when i had it standing taller it would be less sturdy but that has not been a problem at all. it adjusts smoothly and lets me program my favorite heights, which is perfect since I like to switch between sitting and walking on my walking pad during the day. It’s super durable, hasn’t given me a single issue, and it actually looks nice. Not the bulky eyesore a lot of standing desks tend to be. I was so excited to find this desk. I had been looking for an electric sit to stand desk for months when I finally came across this one. It’s sturdy, looks great, and fit perfectly in my space. Sadly about 2 years in the control panel/display stopped working completely, so the desk can no longer be raised or lower. The display won’t even power on. I followed all of the recommended troubleshooting steps, including unplugging the desk, resetting it, and trying multiple outlets, but nothing fixed the issue. Since the product includes a 3-year warranty, I contacted Radlove support directly. They responded quickly at first and asked me for a screenshot of my Amazon order, which I provided immediately. Unfortunately, after sending the requested information, I never received another response despite following their instructions and attempting to follow up a few times after that. I’m disappointed because I genuinely like this desk and I thought the company was going to be helpful seeing as they had what appeared to be a decent warranty. You get what you paid for, but this desk is great value for how large it is. There are hundreds of motorized desks out there. The higher you go, the faster and quieter they get. This is a fairly large desk and fit my needs. My wife wanted a desk bigger than her old 48"x28" desk, with some extra space to store her work laptop in addition to her desktop. This desk has a built in wire tray management at the back, which is great for storing a singular power strip so the desk can freely go up and down without worry about power cables being too short. It also has a niche headset holder, but she opted out to remove it so it wouldn't interfere with moving in and out of the desk with her chair. The desk took about 30 minutes to install with 2 people and it was quick and easy. No extra tools needed as it came with everything. There are also memory settings which is a big plus. My current desk does not have this, but to add one would've been a $100 adder. This desk is already pretty cheap at $191. The only grip would be multi piece desktop, but that would probably be a more expensive desk as well or a custom built one ourselves. Great desk for the value! ... show more

    • Awesome Sit Stand Desk for remote work
This desk is nice and sturdy, easy to put together, my boyfriend did it by himself and it took about 30 minutes. It moves up and down smoothly without issue but can be a little noisy depending on the surface you put it on I would imagine, in my case, that would be hardwood floors, so I just placed an area rug underneath it and that lessened the noise. After much research of the options for desks on Amazon I went with this one since the actual stand that raises up and down was much sturdier than others. Since I work fulltime from home, I needed as desk that will last. I covered the desk part with contact paper to match my Alice in Wonderland office decor. I love this desk and am very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this desk to anyone looking for a quality sit stand desk at an affordable price. If you want a sitting/standing desk that doesn't cost a lot this one is for you. The rustic finish is amazing. I have had this table for almost 6 months. It was very easy to assemble, instructions were very clear. I work at this desk for 5-6 days a week, 8+ hours a day and it goes from 29" to 40" several times each day. I have not have an issue with it. Desk is very sturdy. The only problem I had, and this is most likely a user error, is programming the 4 buttons. I was able to get button 1 set for 29" and button 4 set for 40". I could not figure out how to program button 2 or 3. This is not a huge deal to me since I only need two buttons for my sitting height and standing height. You can see the line where the two pieces of the desk meet and it used to slightly bother me but I got used to it. Really not a huge deal. I have the 48x24 desk now, its a good size for two laptops an a headset dock. Not much room for anything else, but I only needed to accommodate those items. I will be purchasing a larger one soon to accommodate more items. ... show more
