Update: Feb 11 2026: Seller read the review below and reached out offering to replace the unit. They then sent me a brand new unit, which I appreciate very much. I use this to build up collagen after micro needling treatments. It works like a charm. Use 2-3 X per week for 10 minutes. When I don’t use it, I forget because life is crazy I definitely see a difference- and I get right back to using it. I absolutely recommend. Every year I get 3 micro needling treatments and use this for the rest of the year. Thank you to the seller! I bought this in April 2025, and definitely liked the results. I use it about once a week, and it sits in its packaging on my counter. Unfortunately the top 2 buttons stopped working. They seems to lost the ability to “click”, and the 3rd button still works. The top 2 buttons don’t fully sit up, so they can’t “click” on or off. Very bummed.

I worked well for awhile, but quit working after the return period. It turns on for a couple of seconds and then turns off. I noticed it had quit working for others, but hoped that if it lasted through the return period it would be alright. Too expensive for the short life of the device. UPDATE: The device was replaced and the customer support was really nice. It was past the 30 days, but they guarantee for a longer period.

This thing has everything I was looking for in one device! It has the microcurrent, radio frequency but it also has hot and cold function on the back. The cold actually gets cold, which is really nice as I deal with facial flushing a lot and it feels hella soothing. You can actually tell it’s working, and feel the muscles move. All in all, really happy with it so far!

Not impressed. A full charge lasts about 10 minutes compared to other devices that last over an hour and the surface that treats isn't large enough to cover much of an area during treatment so it takes well over an hour just to treat the lower half of your face if you want to use more than one setting. Found amiro r3 for only $30 more and it's supposedly a really good device so this is definitely going back. The rf definitely isn't strong enough to do what it's supposed to. Not worth the money

It is too early to give much feedback. The device does not cause any discomfort. If the rf were strong it should be a little uncomfortable. The gel is absolutely necessary. I’m using it on my face, neck and the bottom of my inflamed foot. No change on face or neck so far, but my foot pain has decreased.

The power button gets stuck inside the frame, its' very hard to turn on and off. However, this company has excellent customer service and has offered to replace the device. You really do get a great guarantee with this product!
