Put this on an 00 f150. The lower radiator hose is finicky to get it to fit right. Worked great but in less than a year of install developed a hole in the backside of the radiator above the lower hose.

Item arrived in perfect condition with zero dents or damage. The main body of the radiator fit perfectly into place and had zero issues fitting this into the 2 bottom mount holes. My issues were with the lower radiator hose fitment onto this radiator. The lower radiator hose had to practically be shoved into the connection cause the connection was a tad too big. The top radiator hose fit over the connector with no issues. I had to modify the transmission lines going into the radiator cause there was no way to connect the factory connections. I had to cut my lines and then get transmission line hose and hose clamps to attach the lines to my radiators. The gasket rings that came with this for the transmission line connectors are fragile AF and broke apart easily when tightening the fittings (because they were also incredibly loose. I wound up using gasket maker on the fittings instead of using the gasket rings. Overall, I am happy with the main portion of this and nothing leaked when I fixed the issues mentioned and my truck is loving the new radiator. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s looks like it is going to cool wayyy better, which is good bc I’m in florida and it’s hot as hell here, the two shortfalls were: 1. Fitment issues with shroud for drain valve, had to cut the shroud to make enough room to be able to turn the valve without the valve handle contacting the fan shroud. Tabs that hold fan shroud lower portion in place are mounted too high, shroud sits too high and upper bolt holes do not align and your shroud will have to be trimmed at the mounting tabs in order to fit. Other than that I’m pretty pleased with the size and workmanship of this radiator and it is priced VERY competitively. This went into a 2002 F150 king ranch supercrew 5.4 liter 2wd auto ... show more

The radiator IS the correct one for this series truck. The radiator itself is completely warped, and due to the warp, doesn't align with the rubber grommets. IF the radiator was straight as it should be, it would have aligned. The o-ring supplied for the type of fittings used on the transmission is INCORRECT. The o-ring should be a flat, washer style, located on the inside face of the female transmission ends, on the radiator side. Not a round one outside the threads. Black silicone is a must on the threads. and due to the o-ring and warped shape, it still leaked from the trans fittings. (Coolant did not leak). Radiator fan shrowd holes are not aligned either. The shipment was 8 days late, and box came in torn too. I saw this coming a mile away, and still installed it. Needless to say, horrible mistake. I wish the radiator wasn't misshapen and the trans connections hardware corrected. I'd be willing to bet the radiator would be a good one. Maybe I got a defective (clearly) product, but for what it's worth, maybe its a decent radiator, but it did not work out that way for me. ... show more

Product surprisingly fit great even though it was 3 core instead of 1 core . Even looked like fan cover would have fit back on i left off cause how good radiator looks

Easy to install. All the parts were there. The welding was so clean but I think not perfect. Maybe not a complete machine welded radiator. Quality was awesome, even at the lower price range , superb workmanship. Definitely recommend!

Product came well packaged, however the lower radiator hose connection was slightly bent. Also the pacakaged fittings for the smaller connections did not fit. I had to re-use the fittings from my original radiator. It did help keep my engine cooler.
