The product was a Christmas gift. The outlet was not on the correct side of the radiator for which it was purchased. Therefore, it was not usable for the vehicle because it could not be connected.

Came with dents and missing the adaptor for the transmission fluid line, but I managed to make it work. Las Vegas heat gets from 100°-117° during summer time and this fixed my 96 F150 overheating issue. I have a shroud that does not enclosed the clutch fan and with the thicker shroud it makes the fan works better as it is more enclosed now than before where it was sticking out of the shroud. ... show more

    • Works in a 1996 Ford F150 L6-300
This radiator was a direct bolt in replacement for the factory radiator. It is about twice as deep and it still provided plenty of clearance for the fan and fan shroud. It does require more coolant but that was expected. We replaced the upper and lower hoses and thermostat at the same time.
