We were worried those would shake my wife’s cheaper jewelry gems off the socket. The cleaning was nothing compared to this as well. I’ve attached some images of older jewelry with only 2-3 drops of lathering and 1-2 min cleaning. I did not expect my necklace to change so quickly after years of neglect. I ordered kit and was sent only the brush. I contacted CS and was told they would send a new kit. Again I received only a brush. I contacted them once more, and again I received only the brush! The third time I contacted Amazon they apologized profusely and told me to keep all 3 brushes, and they refunded my money. I did end up ordering the jewelry wash separately. So after all of this, I have to say, the brush and the soap are very nice. The brush really works well and gets the dirt out. The soap is gentle. It left my rings very clean and sparkly. It’s a little pricey, but the brush will last forever. I’m not going to downgrade the product because I kept getting only the brush, the product itself is fantastic.

I was skeptical but this works! and WELL! Easy to use - shines up my ring beautifully. Worth the money...it will last a long time. Tube is a generous amount and a very small amount needed. I clean it weekly/biweekly as needed. Shine lasts a while, but my hands are in water a lot (I know - I should take my rings off but I am afraid of losing them). If I didn't have them in water often I probably wouldn't have to clean every 2 weeks. Great product and worth the money!

I really like this stuff! I got the gift set and it works well especially love the brush and I love that it’s clean ingredients that you can use while you’re wearing your jewelry and it won’t be harsh on your skin. I do think it’s pricey but I think the quality is great and will buy the cleaner again when mine runs out. I think it will last a really long time, it’s a decently sized bottled. The cleaner is clear and is very gentle on skin and jewelry.

Twice I have ordered Shinery Kits. Twice they have only sent one item. First time I thought it was a one off or accident but after the second time (and only my second order), it seems to be a consistent problem. Soap is great and leaves rings sparkling but service leaves a bit to be desired.
