This stuff is AMAZING! Literally took years of tarnishing off in 10 seconds! Love it! WARNING though, read instructions! You only need 10 seconds in the solution AND I recommend not putting any stones in there also. I put the 2 turquoise pieces in there and the ring had no effect but the square piece pictured started to get white. I rubbed and rubbed it with a damp paper towel, scrubbed it with soapy water and then rubbed a tiny bit of olive oil on it and saved it but I would recommend following the instructions which specifically stated no stones! It works like magic! My jewelry came out looking brand new - shiny and spotless. But this product is an "eye irritant and contains thiourea which is known to the state of California to cause cancer" - as stated on the label. Indeed, while using it my eyes started burning and it got me lightheaded and dizzy for a few hours. I don't know, maybe I'm too sensitive to stuff like that but if I ever use it again, I'll do it outdoors and keeping my face as far as possible from it. It really works. I followed the simple instructions, and my jewelry was sparkling within minutes. It comes with a try to place your jewelry on; and then you dip the tray back into the solution. Leave the tray in the solution for a few minutes, then retrieve it. It also comes with a handy brush - I did not have to use because the solution removed all the dirty. After reading some reviews, I decided to buy this to clean my silver jewelry. Having cleaned some of it, I agree with the people who say that it dulls the jewelry. I had a couple of pairs of earrings that came out so dull (and I know they were not ss plated). Also, the smell is AWFUL! It smells like rotten eggs/sulphur. I literally gagged when I took out my jewelry. Next time I’ll have to use it outside…if there is a next time. So three stars juts for the cleaning ability. Minus one star for the dulling and minus a second star for the smell. Overall an okay purchase but I’d try a different one if I had to do it all over again. ... show more

This is the best jewelry cleaner that I have ever purchased. I had a pair of silver disc earrings that I was ready to throw away. I saw this and ordered it. They came out of the solution so bright and shiny I was amazed. They had turned solid black. Love love this product.
