To be honest, I was trying this as a last effort because I thought the cleaner would be able to seep in and get into the details. I have a lot of pewter & silver jewelry. The product didn't ruin anything but it didn't work on any of the silver pieces leaving them tarnished. The pewter parts however were gleaming better than new. Luckily I am a beader and can easily swap out the tarnished parts for new ones. Some silver comes out perfect others not so much after cleaning 4 or 5 times . Mixed emotions , not sure if some of my silver is not as pure as stamped and that would be the reason why . One bracelet glows nearly like new a ring as nd bracelet still a dark tint. Smells horrible, I use a tooth brush . Going to try again tomorrow and then use mint tooth past wich work's wonders before silver grows dark and dim. I still have hope . ... show more
