Theyre not compatible with EVERY game (but i dont expect that from everything) but they games they dont have issues with, they run really strong and theyre really solid. This is super cool. It comes pre loaded with quite a few games. It had an old favorite of mine called captain comic on it that I haven’t played in years. My favorite gameboy games were preloaded as well. I don’t feel the need to add more games because it will be some time before I run out of games to play now. Controls are different for each console and they are adjustable as well per game if need be. This thing is great and I’m definitely glad I picked the max size.

Hello! I am totally not a gamer but my kids (10&8) want a game system for upcoming birthdays. Figured this would be a great start and if they did well and played it then come christmas we will upgrade; if not then these are inexpensive comparatively. Being the millennial I am, I wanted them to have something retro to see what we enjoied growing up. Of course, I had to test it out! AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The ease of playing is exceptional. But again, not a gamer. Its bigger than a Gameboy but smaller than a kindle. Functions really well from my little knowledge and history with hand held game systems. Money well spent! Tell me why I opened the package at 8pm and 3 hours later I was still playing! Charge held well straight out the box too. Which I was pleasantly surprised with. So I saw Atari, Game Cube, Nintendo (many versions), SEGA, Gameboy (many versions), Capcom I - III, Playstation (1&2?), PSP and there are a few more I don't remember. Oh and it saved my progress! Games that I saw..... Original Mario Street fighter Sonic CRASH BANDICOOT (not #1) Mario cart Super Mario Tekken Pokemon Zelda Mortal Kombat Lots of Disney games Lots of Mary Kate & Ashley Nsync game Rock Band Final Fantasy games Racing Games Beat em' up games Listen there is so freaking much! I know you can download more to it from what I read on other reviews, I am just not sure yet how to do so. But if I figure it out, I'll update this review. 10/10 from this mom and I hope they do wrll because I wanna play this when they don't want it. Lol Fingers crossed that these hold up well and continue to stay as cool as I think it is.

The device is nice but after 10 minutes all my games started to initialize in the horizontal making it impossible to play since it needs to be vertical and when i found out how to change it I had to do it each time I started a new game which was tiring. I also found old screenshots on the machine which shows it was an old used device sent as new. Some games also didnt work which it was disappointing for the money spent.

This is a great game for those who prefer the older games. I grew u0 playing a lot of these games and was quite impressed that this "gameboy" like console had a lot of games. It has everything from old arcade games style to Nintendo 64 games. Overall, I was quite impressed as this game came with a lot more than expected. I was only expecting a handful of games, and for someone looking for a retro gaming system that can be carried, I fully recommend. Went ahead and posted a video and some pictures in case someone wanted to see it. Note, don't expect latest ps and Xbox quality.

The R36Max exceeded my expectations. The 4.0-inch IPS screen is sharp and colorful, and the performance is smooth—even with 3D games. With over 18,000 pre-installed titles and support for 30+ emulators, there’s always something to play. The controls feel great, and the dual joysticks and full button layout make it very user-friendly. Battery life is impressive, and the 64GB TF card holds a ton of games, with room to expand. So, Im using it on a trip and its worked out great. I am blown away by the amount of games and consoles on this thing. Technology!!!!! If you have large hands, like me, it can be a bit tiresome to handle after a little while. I ran into a problem where the screen wasn't loading up...but a factory reset on the instruction manual fixed the problem. Also, the higher graphics console can be a bit slow and can freeze the game. Overall a fun pick. If you want to zone out on a flight or your trip...this will do the trick and you get to relive some childhood games.
