My entire family loves this R36MAX Retro Handheld Gaming Console/System! It came preloaded with thousands of games for many different gaming consoles. It has old games from when I was growing up in the 90's and has games even older than that right up to modern day games from in the later 2000's. Since it has games from different consoles and different years this handheld truly has something for everyone in my home to play & enjoy! The games are preloaded onto the SD Card therefore it's ready to go upon receiving the handheld console..it's basically put the card in and turn it on and enjoy...it's that simple. Screen is easy to see & the built in speaker is quite loud. I love that I can use wired headphone/earbuds with this handheld. Came with a case to keep everything inside of so I know where it's at and it's protected when on the go. Also, the handheld came with a screen protector so the screen isn't getting scratched up to be ruining visibility when playing. Easy to charge with the type-C charging cable that is included but your own charging block is needed. This is a great value for my family, with entertaining the kids & the adults with this gaming system I would have to say it's value has been priceless. The entertainment provided by this handheld gaming system has saved me so much money because I'm not having to spend as much on the kids on other things when going on a day trip..it's great entertainment in the car, at appointments, at family events & even at home...this gaming system has basically paid for itself so to say. I would definitely purchase this again & highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good handheld gaming system with a wide variety of consoles/games to choose from!

My only issue with not giving it 5 stars is that there are countless games that cannot be played as the language is in Chinese when you start the game. However there are vast amounts of games in English. This is a great item and works as it should. The battery life is great and lasts a good amount of time. I love the vintage games as it is nostalgic. It took me a while to figure out how to add cheat codes into the device, but once I found the website with the codes it was easier to understand how to do it. My recommendation to the seller would be to update the game files so they are all in alphabetical order when you open a particular console and to have other than english games in a different location. They can still be played but it lets the player know they might not be able to unless they can read that language.

The item has a lot of old games you'd never expect to be on a handheld, though it takes a few seconds to load every game operates as intended. The Gameboy section is very furnished and it even has some crash bandicoot for the Playstation. Highly recommended

Adding new games can be difficult since the SD card requires formatting. I have had trouble with getting the battery to charge fully. The case it came with is quality. The game selection is incredible.

I definitely didn’t expect to like this console as much as I have. I bought it to pass time at work since I work a fairly laid back office job. The graphics are way better than I expected and the game selection is full of nostalgic games. I’ve had this a week already and haven’t had to charge it yet so the battery life is also great! For the price I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is and it came with a case and charger so that was cool. I highly recommend!
